Alice enjoyed the 4 years of traveling on her dad’s “The Wonder” ship for the trading company until she got tired of it and quit. She said, “It was time for a new adventure!” as she walked back to her hometown. Alice couldn’t wait to see her mom, especially her friends from Wonderland. She missed them and hadn't seen them in a long while. After visiting her mom, her cat, Dinah, wanted to go, so Alice took her in her arms. They both went to find the mirror that led to Wonderland. Alice was so excited, especially introducing her cat to them. But there was a problem in which she ended up somewhere else that she didn’t know, altering her future entirely.

She was in a different place than her hometown, a neighborhood with machines filled with four wheels by each home. Clueless about what to do, people walk up to her and greet her by her name. She didn’t recognize anyone, so how did they know her? Well, one of them, the mayor, explained. Now she realized she was in Manhattan…in New York, United States. It was the 21st century, not the 19th century from where she came from. She couldn’t even get back inside the mirror which was pointless but at least her cat is here with her. Most shocking of all is that she was a character..in the book or books which meant she and her story were nothing but fictional. She almost fainted at the news so the mayor, especially the deputy mayor, who was one of the few that welcomed her, took her into the new place she will soon call home.

They gave Alice space, She was in shock until she cried because she wasn't going to see her loved ones again but stopped then realized the mirror she went in had blue frames around it instead of the gold frame that took her to Wonderland. Then she cried more because she thought she was stupid for not checking it to see if it was the right mirror. After a few hours of crying, she realized, "I thought I was making my path, but this whole time, someone was making it for me.". She hated how her life was altered by an author but she understood they were only making it to make children happy which made her happy in return. Finishing the last book of the series about her life, which is exactly what happened to her, she decided the next day she was gonna give this place a chance. At least, it was a new adventure for her.

It took her a very long while to get used to the fabled neighborhood, the town included, especially outside it. With the help of the mayor and her neighbors, they teach her everything that they had in 2023, even before that. She was intrigued by how the years changed until now and was a quick learner. She even had to learn her new name so it can stick in her mind, it was her parents' 2nd choice after all. She had to use glamour to hide so she chose a ring. She was ready and prepared to be on her own in Manhattan but she wanted a new career that she would love and be passionate about, and she found it in a few days.

She started to like baking when she saw a baking channel by accident, so she followed the recipes. Sure, it started bad, but the more she baked, the more she got used to it. She gave out her desserts to her neighbors and damn, did they love it and thought she should be a baker. She agreed, but she also loves coffee and tea. Not only that, but she started experimenting with coffee and tea flavors thanks to her parents and the people she met while traveling on the sea. Even though she knew what she was doing, she had to get licenses and a place to start her bakery, so she got started until she ran passed the finish line.

She now has a fantasy-like, bakery-cake shop called “Wonderland” by the riverside of manhattan. The shop included colorful cupped coffee, tea, bakery goods, and sandwiches. It had dining tables in front or the back where a garden was made by her and others who worked with her. Whenever night came, colorful fairy lights on the ceiling were everywhere inside especially outside. Her shop was inspired by the Wonderland she explored in. She prayed for her mom and her friends will be safe and happy. Maybe she will see her friends from wonderland since they were fable after all? She would be counting on it. Until then, She will continue with the career she loved and knew was gonna be long-lasting because it was her path written by her.
