Minho is the son of a famous reporter and a well-known detective. Since he was a child, he has been practicing high jump; his parents wanted him to be a proffessional athlete, because he was really good at it, the best of his team actually. But then one day, one of his friends asked him to participate in a dance & singing competition, what made his love for dance and rap begin. 

Since that moment, Minho's dream change from athletics to the music, eventhough his parents doesn't really aprove that change. 

One day, when he was walking home from training, he saw the advertising for some auditions that CEO Godfrey Gao was holsing. He then made a deal with his parents: if he went to the audition and passes through it, they will let him be part of the music industry.

And since he really passes the auditions, his parents let him be in the company, that's why he's here as a trainee.
