About Us
Years ago, a lethal virus spread across the world, wiping out most of humanity and allowing vampires to enslave the human race.
Because of the wipe out, kids 13 and under were sent to a place called the Hyakuya Orphanage, but what was strange about it was that the orphanage was ran by vampires. The kids were stripped of their blood almost daily for the vampires food. None could leave.
That was until one boy named Yuichiro Hyakuya (Hyakyuya Yuichiro) wanted to take his "family" out and experience the world beyond the walls of the orphanage, and one night, his wishes came true all because of his friend. Senji. His friend had some how smuggled a map of a way out of the orphanage including a gun that was made to kill vampires. How? His friend was the head vampires personal slave and he would get anything out of it, including food that they all needed.
The same night that his friend found the map, they packed everything and smuggled themselves out of the orphanage. Or so they thought.
They were so close to the exit. So. Close. Yuichiro watched his family be slaughtered by the head vampire, his best friend Mikaela fighting until the end, stalling for Yuichiro to escape, but Aoi grabbed the gun to kill the vampire and he succeeded. Yuichiro could then do nothing but cry and cry. Asking God why his family had to die this way.
It wasn't too long until Aoi found himself running for his life once again, but as he ran, he noticed that his skin was starting to get covered by goose bumps, and he could see his breath in the air. Snow. He was out, he was out...
Yuichiro stopped in his tracks when his eyes had locked on to what was left of Japan. Buildings burned, blown into bits, the decaying bodies of young adults and adults all around. What was this?
Hearing a voice behind him, Yuichiro turned around to see 5...humans? The humans had introduced themselves as the Japanese Imperial Demon Army — Japan's only hope against the vampires. They explained how there were other humans around the world, the virus only killing 1/10 of the human population. They needed to find more young people like him to help them exterminate these things that had morphed when the humans died, a vampire like monster.
They took him in, took care of him, trained him for years on end until they thought he was ready to fight.
Later on in the years, Yuichiro had gotten his revenge. Slowly, Japan had started to turn back into normal and in a few years it was. That was until a secret group of vampires had came about and reverted Japan back to how it was. There was nothing anyone could do because by this time the old Imperial Army had died off and were now training new recruits. Soon, another part of the prophecy had appeared, of a boy who had the same fate as Yuichiro and his name was Aoi Takeo. Would Aoi bring Japan back into peace for good? Or will this prophecy just repeat itself until time has ended?
