WELCOME TO HOGWARTS!
Hello there! Welcome to NOX, AN AU ROLEPLAY BASED ON THE HARRY POTTER UNIVERSE. tHE DATE IS 1991 AND HARRY POTTER HAS JUST BEGUN HIS OWN YEAR AT HOGWARTS. Did you just recieve your own letter from the school inviting you to come and embark on a whole new adventure? Or perhaps you are one of our returning students ready for another year here at hogwarts wizarding school for witchcraft and wizardry. First years remember to listen and be on your best behaviour as to not lose your house any points. And for goodness sake, keep away from the forbidden forest. Any students found wandering off will not be the fault of the school.

HOW TO JOIN
Simple enough, just follow these instructions and guidelines:

Graduates: Already graduated from Hogwarts? No problem! Find jobs as part of the staff if you'd like to stay as a teacher, assistant, maybe even a chef or caretaker. Or perhaps you even work as an auror or for the ministry of magic in one of their very many departments. Whatever it is, you're welcome to visit hogwarts any time!

1. No godmodding. Any instances are to be reported to an admin who will deal with it. Characters who feel overpowered will be asked to balance out themselves before being allowed back into the roleplay.
2. 14 days inactivity. If you need a hiatus please PM an admin to arrange absences and dates of return. If leaving the roleplay, please pm an admin and refrain from commenting on the roleplay.
3. No ualising minors. This means anyone under the age of of 16 found in this situation will be removed from the roleplay immediately. Any and all ual endeavors will take place only on wall or pm.
4. Be kind! Nox is a place to relive some of our favourite books and adventures at hogwarts! Mischief managed!
5. No one-liners. Posts must be of decent length. Though this is a situation between two roleplayers, if someone is pinpointed to be consistently giving less than on par responses admins will talk to them privately to see how the issue can be solved.
