@yoongi "I just want to keep it in my belt for now, alright?" Jongin muttered softly, his voice slightly uneven from Yoongi's unintended clap on his shoulder earlier. After a moment, Jongin let out a small little sigh, turning to face Yoongi with a look of trust, his hands gripping the small, makeshift pouch on his belt. "Look," he muttered softly, pulling out a small box of matches. For good measure, the boy held up his knife warily. "I already got the matches from earlier. That means items are dropping, and that means zones are becoming forbidden."

Jongin's hand wavered slightly before handing the knife to Yoongi. "I trust you, and I want you to do the same.. Even if that means trusting you with my weapon. We could both benefit from this.. Hyung, right?" The boy murmured almost shyly. "Though.. I guess sticking around me wouldn't be the best, since I'll be scouted out by men and women alike," Jongin groaned softly, placing a hand on his head as if he had a headache. Quickly, he jogged over to Yoongi, a small smile gracing his lips as if he were being forced to.

"Why not just pick the weaker ones off as they come out? More food and weapons," he mused softly to himself. "Hey," Jongin said curtly, turning to his new ally with an only slightly pretentious look, his gaze softening lightly. His voice, however, showed no sign of gentleness or caring. "If you a see a girl a bit on the shorter side with strawberry blonde hair, don't attack. Try to get her on our side, and if you can't.. don't do anything." The younger of the two paused, fiddling with a small chain necklace. "Just run if you aren't able to stop her and meet up with me."

@jongin Peace? Ha. Yeah, right. Yoongi let out a laughable scoff when Kai mentioned his bat. "Well it's not like it would fit in the bag. And you have a knife. Why else would that belt be useful." The young male only rolled his eyes with a sigh once threatened. Good thing he really hadn't shown his back to the other. Yoongi had little trust for people like Kai. He didn't see the words as cruel since he knew how these things went. People stuck up for themselves and that was it, and that's just how Yoongi wanted it with Kai.

At the sound of the boy's next sentence, laughter was immediately evoked before only a serious expression remained. "Like I'd be staying with you, Jongin." He huffed air out through his nose in slight irritation. This kid was so pretentious... It was already obvious that the popular kid would get some type of unexpected bonuses in this situation, be it good or bad. Though Yoongi assumed the outcome wouldn't be the best. "Why not just hold it in your hand." The boy suddenly muttered, keeping this awkward gaze as long as Jongin would attempt to.

Next thing he knew, Kai was shoving his hand away with wide eyes of complete dismay. Whoa, whoa... Yoongi scratched his head, beginning to walk again and motion Kai to come along. 'At least I know something that could be a weakness now...' He thought to himself. How unfortunate; Yoongi was a fan of skinship. The male thought mindlessly while he made his way out of the area. "Hurry up, more are going to come out soon."

@yoongi A small, experimental smile graced Jongin's lips as he sheepishly held his hands up in an I'm-friendly manner. "Easy, easy," the boy joked, finding slight relief in the other's voice, fearful of what hostility might have been lingering in his words. "There's no need for name callings. I'm just here to keep peace.. we both could benefit from this and you know it." Jongin's voice turned dark, his expression tightening into what could have seemed to be threatening. "You and I both know what you got out of your survival pack since you're swinging it around like a.. well, baseball bat," he chirped, his eyes tightening as he smiled calmly, "but what do I have? Turn around and I could shove it into the back of your neck."

Jongin couldn't believe he was saying something so cruel.

Oh wait, yes he could. He's Kim ing Jongin, what else could anyone expect? He was cruel, cunning, deceptive; he could talk his way through anything no matter what, and he didn't mind killing a few people to get what he wanted. Especially if it was something he could use to survive.

"If you think I'm gonna stick around with you this whole damn game, you gotta learn another thing or two, /Yoongi/," Jongin lazily drawled, his hands protectively reaching for his belt as he smiled a ghost of a smile, a soft little grin that was sincere compared to the sugar-coated sweet sarcastic smirks he sent before. "And don't mock the belt; it helps hold up my weapon so I don't have to pull it out of my backpack every time I see someone. Holds me down, and it could give them a chance to strike, throw, or shoot something at me." Jongin's dark eyes met Yoongi's, and he held them, for as long as he could manage; as if to convey his almost terror at being targeted by everyone like he knew he would be- after all, he was Kim Jongin, and being popular had its downfalls.

Before he could utter out anything else, he dropped his eyes as Yoongi's hand brushed his shoulder, his mouth forming words that he couldn't seem to say. Fear paralyzed him; moved him into gripping Yoongi's t-shirt as tight as his fingers could curl around the fabric. Almost immediately, Jongin regained his composure, his eyes wide with horror as he shoved the boy's hand off of him. "Don't.. don't touch me," he whispered softly, shooting Yoongi what could have been perceived as an apologetic look. "The first rule about being around me is that you don't touch me."

@jongin Tch. This ing druggie will teach you... Yoongi mentally grumbled at the title, keeping a regular expression on for the other. At the sight of Jongin flaunting his previous reputation, Yoongi could only let out an immediate scoff, a hint of laughter in his voice. "Of course. You were always such a pretentious ." The words came out with smile, and it was so obvious what Jongin wanted. Maybe an easy kill? Or his supplies. Either way, Yoongi wasn't some little kid. He'd been in gun fights, stabbings, just about everything due to his drug dealings.

But seriously, what was with this guy? He looked so...stupid. Yoongi examined that ugly belt he'd made for himself. "Oh, such an amazing fashion sense." He grinned at Jongin, radiating with such obvious sarcasm that it was almost painful. "And I suggest you say Yoongi unless you want this bat in your ing skull right now." He continued on with that sweet smile. The guy wasn't someone you'd want on your bad side, that was for sure. The word druggie was such a bad connotation, especially since he didn't even do any of them. Well, there was one time, but that was it.

An eyebrow cocked up with a smirk making it's stay on Yoongi's lips when Jongin approached him. "If you're gonna walk that slow, may as well be waiting to get shot." But really, teaming up with this guy? Even if they were on the same side, Yoongi would never trust him. He was too slippery. Not a good person. "Hmph. Until you die at least." He waved off the idea with some acceptance, also foreshadowing that they would at least be separated in the end. And that Yoongi would be on top. He would always win when it came to surviving. As much of a prick Kim Jongin was, he'd make a good ally for now.

Yoongi ended up sending Jongin a small smile, placing a hand on his shoulder with such sympathy in his eyes. "Just don't wear that ridiculous belt of yours. You look so stupid." His smile immediately grew while he kept looking around and began moving. "Well, let's go. Don't tell me you were going to stay here all day?" Yoongi kept his eyes on the other, not even trusting him enough to turn his back to walk more than a step or two.

@yoongi "Druggie?" Jongin let out a small, surprised groan- no, he was definitely not expecting Yoongi to be here with him, but then again, they were in the same class. What else could he expect?

The young boy's voice grew louder as he masked his bitter-yet-pleasant surprise at being found, Jongin's eyebrows furrowing in thought as Yoongi assumed he was hiding; in reality, he was exploring, testing his limits, which places were traps and which weren't. He hadn't seen many kids leave the building yet, and once they all started filtering out, Jongin planned to everything he could of their survival packs out of them.

Brushing off his weariness at being found by Yoongi, the boy who had an obvious distaste for Jongin- double standards, he thought with a small smile. "Good to see you too, Druggie," Jongin said, his voice dripping with sarcastic, sugary sweetness. He had never felt so disgusted before- and yet, he was happy! "Say, you remember me, right? Kim Jongin? /The/ Kim Jongin?" The boy said cheerfully, waving with his hand as if he were some kind of idol. His eyes quickly darted to Yoongi's attire- his dark, calculating eyes searching for any unusual bulges in his pockets. A small curse rang through Jongin's head- he wasn't able to locate any sort of hidden weapon, though he was wary of that big wooden baseball bat that could squish his head into the dirt. Would he last in a scrap with that kid? Sure, he looked small, but given the right circumstances..

Jongin brushed off his insecurities and took a confident step closer, making careful steps to assure his kitchen knife didn't fall out of his makeshift tool-belt, one that he had managed to tie together with the cuff of his button-up shirt. "I assume you do. Anyways! Druggie. You should team up with me, you wouldn't last a day soloing it out here, would ya? 'Course you wouldn't. Whaddaya say, pal?"

@jongin Finally, he'd gotten out of that sauna of kids crying with panic overflowing from their bodies. Hmmm, maybe if some of them wanted to 'relax,' Yoongi could still get a little business done. Having the left over drugs from his last promise at a deal was bothersome. The original cook probably had no idea of his situation, and it's not like Suga used these drugs for himself anyway. He could probably give them to some addicted teens for some of their survival gear. He knew how addiction worked since he'd seen it so much in his sales. It'd be easy to spot the kids who wanted an escape from reality here. Either way, he was out of that damned building of students. He just wanted to get what he needed done and soon. Whining about it wasn't worth a dime. With his bat still over his shoulder for when he needed it, the male's eyes snapped in one direction from a twig cracking. "May as well come out already. Been hiding long enough, yeah?" Yoongi was always overflowing with confidence, even if he shouldn't have it right now.
