Alrighty, Since Amber Liu has the power of electricity her side affect is easier to do that most. How about her power isn't controlled very well. Not in the sense that it's not controllable, but the arcs of lightning that she produces don't always hit their target. Basically Amber's accuracy isn't great and anyone in her path while she is using her power could get electrocuted.
@supersaiyan: You can have up to two characters, and any power as long as it has a plausible restriction equal to its power.
