There are four main gangs in the world of Bangpae. Each is led by a Leader and has higher and lower ranked members. They have different specializations and alliances, and also hierarchy. Each gang has a base, chosen by the Leader of the gang. Once a Leader leaves the RP his successor can change the base location. You can also have hideouts outside school, but be careful. Watchful eyes are everywhere.
WISEONG GANG

Specialization: Power. The Generals are all affiliated with the Mafia, which gives them exactly the right type of respect they need. Other than that, all-arounders. There is someone for anything in Wiseong.
Description: Created by Woo Taewoon during his time at Bangpae, currently led by his younger brother Woo Jiho (Zico). A very powerful gang with a monster of a leader, the Wiseong are the closest to the goal of conquering Bangpae. Most members have mafia connections. Their polar opposite is the Byul gang, used to be allied with Mussang gang until the previous leader graduated. Currently not allied, as Zico is too proud and refuses to share his power with anyone. They are mostly prideful, powerful and right bastards. Feared by practically anyone.
BYUL GANG

Specialization: Black market. You need something, you can be sure Byul has it - for a price. Also great with guns and weapons of all kind (from firing to making them).

Specialization: Knowledge is power, and Yeonju is a tactical empire. Before they fight, they gather intel - and they are the best at it.
Description:
Mafia. There are three major organizations within the city. One manages the black market, the others are always at war with each other. Mafia is a family business, and so you can be sure when someone has the same surname as a known hitman, they are definitely related. You piss off one, you might've as well kicked a wasp's nest. You cross them...you die. (You can also be a mafia member.)
WOO CLAN
Led by Zico's father Woo Ji Hyuk, it is the most powerful (and most ruthless) organization in the city. They are brutal, unforgiving and have eyes everywhere. Their traditional tattoo is a dragon.

KIM CLAN
Woo clan's main rival and archenemy, Kim clan is led by Kim Goo Won. They own most of the bars and entertainment centres in the city, which is also the reason for their rise in power. Their traditional tattoo is a tiger.

CHOI CLAN
Their leader is Choi Gin Seung and their main purpose is to manage and rule over the black market. They don't really do clan wars, and they are also information brokers, although not all info brokers in the city are clan affiliated (Izaya anyone?). Their clan tattoo is a raven in flight.
