The Gamblers
These are the people that know how to make 5 dollars into 500 dollars. They can usually make up to 2000 dollars in a single night, using sweet words and their infamous poker face. They are the ones you fear if you owe them any money, they won't hesitate to hunt you down to make sure they are repaid in full.
Medical (Drug) Clan
They are in charge of making and smuggling drugs in and out of Seoul, and dealing them out onto the streets. They will give you the sweet escape from reality that you are looking for. They have the persuasive skills to pull you into their hectic world.
Weapons Clan
Each member in this clan has a vast knowledge of weapons, it doesn't matter what kind of weapon it is, they are sure to know everything about it. They and take it apart and rebuild it in fast speeds. They know what makes it tick and they are the ones who can supply them.
Hit Men
They excel in combat and are stealthy enough to make a quick kill without anyone knowing. They know how to fight, whether it be hand to hand combat or with use of weapons. They have studied the human body and know the weak points to take someone out easily.
Night Mob
They run the night life, the clubs, strip clubs, brothels, the whole red district is their playground to make money and they ravish in the feeling. If you're looking for a good time and a quick way to make some cash, here is the place to be.
Police Force
They are the ones trying to take back the city and rebuild it to what it once was. They clash a lot with the clans and many people tend to get hurt. They try to find the weak points in the clans, taking their chances to take them out.
