Then he felt something slipping in his hand. It brought a distant memory from his past life and chills wandered his spine. A bunch of seaweed was thrown back in the water. Chan shook, suddently realizing how cold it was under this delusing sun. He had to find shelter. Or he had to stay close to the coast?
Sudden storms were normal for the tropics.. So these were tropics anyways?
Chan rushed into the jungle, because if he'd stayed the next thing he'd catch would be cold..

Nothing but strong desire led him here. It was not a wish but an internal need for something different, something that'd give him the delusion for magic, something that he couldn't find in.. the real world. Finding paradise tho was supposed to be an afterlife benefit so this must not be it.. Because Chan was feeling nothing but alive. The water was pushing him to accept the situation where he was lying on the beach, abandoned by the Sea. Was he cruising, was there a storm last night?
He took a look at the sky, the transparent blue seemed so high. Then his eyes caught the green of the palms that were covering the hills above and he slowly turned around to see the whole greatness of the Island. The green seemed even more endless than the blue. He could have just stayed like this but he was saved by his desire to explore..
