☼{Pool}

@♠Daehyun "Nah, there has to be something." Lay laughed at the other's comment, watching him push himself away from the edge. "Okay then, see you." He smiled as Daehyun dove in the water.

@✪Lay Daehyun nodded slowly, slightly disappointed Taemin didn't ever mention him. "Well, then I guess there's nothing bad about you to say, is there?" He smiled a little and pushed himself away from the edge of the pool. "I'm gonna swim a few laps.. See you in a bit!" Daehyun saluted playfully and dove in the water again.

@♠Daehyun "Too bad." Lay chuckled hearing the other's words. "I was curious what he would say if he were to say something bad about me." He added and laughed a little. "For a few months." He said before shaking his head. "No, I haven't heard anything from him about you."

@✪Lay "Yeah... We're still close friends. He didn't say anything bad about you, don't worry" Daehyun smiled teasingly at the other. "How long have you two been dating?" Actually, Daehyun knew Taemin for quite a long time, but they lost touch after Daehyun's big business trip. They still talked now. "Has he never mentioned me before?"

@♠Daehyun "Taemin?" Lay turned his head to Daehyun, blinking curiously. So they knew each other. "So you two were friends?" he asked, not hiding his surprise at the other's statement before nooding as a grin showed up on his feaures. "Yeah, we are. What did he tell you about me"

@✪Lay "Taemin" Daehyun replied "He's an old friend of mine, very nice guy. I heard you two were dating?" Daehyun asked and tilted his head to the side. He didn't hear that much about the relationship between Lay and Taemin, but was very curious to know more about it.

@♠Daehyun Lay eyed Daehyun curiously as he seemed to be in thought. "Really? Who told you about me?" the brown-haired man asked, wondering who might have told the other about him. "It seems like we didn't get the chance to come across one another even though we've been here for a while."

@✪Lay Daehyun pursed his lips and tapped his chin in thought. "Well, I did hear about you, quite a bit, but I haven't seen you around before." Daehyun furrowed his eyebrows in thought, wondering if he was either blind or they just missed each other every single time.

@♠Daehyun "I've been here for... hm..." Lay paused a little to remember how much it had been since he started working there. "Almost an year. Then I'm surprised I haven't really seen you around from what I remember at least."

@✪Lay Daehyun pursed his lips as he listened to Lay. It was all true. He had way more money than he knew how to spend, he always ran away from his problems and responsibilities, plus he could always use a good . Daehyun chuckled softly and nodded "Yeah, that pretty much sums it up alright.. So how long have you been working here? I've been here for quite a while, though I was away for a while.. Can't be more than a few months?"

@♠Daehyun Lay noticed that the other was relieved that the subject was changed. He understood, because he would have probably felt the same if he were in Daehyun's shoes, even though it was kind of hard to imagine a life like that for him. Lay shrugged lightly before thinking of a reply. "Well... there are people who have so much money that they don't know how to spend it and come here, or people that want to get away from their problems... it's sort of like drinking alchohol. And there are some that just need someone to cuddle with." he answered, smiling a bit at the last part. "These are just a few examples I've met."

@✪Lay Daehyun let out a breath he didn't notice he was holding. Good thing the other changed the subject, because he didn't really want to talk about his job. Because all people cared about was his status. It was one of the reasons Daehyun came so frequently to this place; to run away from reality.
Daehyun nodded wordlessly, but added with an afterthought "What kinds of people? I don't really hang out with the other customers.." He did see a few figures walking around, some of them slightly familiar. But they never shared a look and always turned away, sometimes nervously.

@♠Daehyun Lay nodded slightly, even though the answer wasn't really very clear. He figured that Daehyun didn't want to reveal too much, since they had just met a few minutes ago. Also since he seemed to have such an inportant post, giving too many details about himself might damage his reputation since he was frequenting a place like this. "I see." He said, letting the subject slide. "All kinds of people frequent this place..." he mumbled to himself, a small smile forming on his lips as he moved his eyes from Daehyun to the clear water all around them.

@✪Lay "My job? Umm.." Daehyun blinked and twisted his lips. "Nothing special. Just... some big shot in a big company and stuff.. Not very interesting." He didn't mean to sound so unclear, but he wasn't sure how to put it otherwise without exposing too much about himself. After all, this was practically a stranger he was talking to.

@♠Daehyun "That's true, indeed." Lay nodded a little, then looked at Daehyun curiously, before asking, "What job do you have?" He was curious about how the other's job payed off when he heard the other mumble to himself.

@✪Lay Daehyun nodded in understanding. "Well, every job has it's upside and downside I guess. My job is stressful... But it pays off in many ways.." He trailed of at the end of his sentence, mumbling to himself mostly.

@♠Daehyun "There are moments when it's hard and tiring..." He said before pausing for a bit. "But I don't think I'd be able to do it if I didn't like it at least a bit." Lay continued after a few moments. He actually didn't give much thought before about him liking his job or not, he just did it becaue money was a necessity.

@✪Lay "You don't like your job?" Daehyun asked with a quirk of his eyebrow. He could somewhat understand why the other's job would be burdensome, but still not completely.

@♠Daehyun Lay smiled back a bit, his body sliding into the water a little more. "It's not always as good as it sounds." he replied glancing at the other, his smile not fading from his expression. "It's still work after all."

@✪Lay Daehyun shrugged back casually. "Everybody has their own story to tell and I was wondering about yours. It's not that weird you work here. I mean, you get paid to have , what's better than that, right?" He smiled in an attempt to joke a bit.

@♠Daehyun "Does it seem that weird that I work here?" Lay chuckled, looking at Daehyun, but he answered nonetheless, with a shrug. "I need the money." He replied simly, not giving anymore details though.

@✪Lay Daehyun pursed his lips, pondering about asking what was on his mind. "I wonder..." He bit his lip, but continued his question. "Why do you work here?" Daehyun swam to the edge of the pool too, resting his arms on the cold wet tiles. "You don't have to answer it though, I'm just curious"

@♠Daehyun Lay watched the other dive under the water, jumping a little when he surfaced right in front of him. Regaining his composure shortly after that, he smiled back. "Yeah, I work here."

@✪Lay Daehyun hummed in response. Right after, he took a deep breath and dove under water. When he resurfaced, he was right in front the other. Daehyun smiled and tilted his head slightly. "Are you an employee here?"

@♠Daehyun Lay laughed at the remark the other came up with. "It was not a pickup line, I just started a conversation." he retorted smiling lightly, watching Daehyun. "Yeah, I come here from time to time. When I have time, that is." He answered as he rested his back against the edge of the pool, which was pretty cold, but it didn't really bother him.

@✪Lay Daehyun gasped for air, combing the wet hair out of his face. He smirked at Lay. "Such a cheesy pickup-line, don't you think?" he teased, but answered the question nonetheless "It's the first time I saw this pool.." Daehyun took a deep breath and laid on his back, floating. "What about you, Lay-ssi?"

@♠Daehyun Lay moved aside a little when Daehyun jumped into the water not to get splashed - even though he was already wet. He then swam closer to the other. "Do you come here often?" He asked, glad that he didn't need to spend his time, or at least a part of it, alone.

@✪Lay Daehyun looked around and spotted Lay. He smiled and waved, jogging over to the edge of the swimming pool. When he was near the edge, he sped up and jumped, making a big splash when he entered the water.

@♠Daehyun When Daehyun got out of the changing room, Lay had already entered the water, enjoying its pleasant feeling against his skin. He looked in the other's direction when he noticed him walk inside and waved a little, a smile forming on his lips.

@✪Lay 'Lay... Lay!' Daehyung remembered where he knew the other from, but as he opened his mouth, the other was gone already. He frowned a little, but shrugged. Daehyun took of his clothes, folding them neatly and placed them in a locker. The swimming trunks fit him perfectly and he made his way out of the changing room.
