@c. mitchel i hold onto him tightly as he walks on the sidewalk all while having a big grin upon my lips because i was gonna celebrate my birthday with my cute friend. i start nuzzling his cheek against mines as i give his shoulders a big squish just to show i care about him. as soon as i see the ice cream parlor from afar, i gasp in awe. "i want a big large banana split since i've been craving for it lately! also thanks for treating me love, i appreciate it." i said near his ear so he can hear me. "how are you thus far? good right?" looks at him in curiosity.

@e. perrie With Perrie still perched upon his back in a piggy back ride, Mitchel made his way down the sidewalk- it was indeed perrie's birthday and he had agreed to take her out for the day. Their first stop was the ice cream parlour and then they'd hit the pizza joint a bit later. He was immune to the small looks they were getting as he walked- he was sure that many thought they might have been a couple. He shrugged the feeling off before turning the corner and seeing their destination just in sight, "so what kind of ice cream do you want? that way i can order once we get there." He had to speak up a bit so she could hear him over the hustle and bustle of the busy street.
@l. hayi “Aaaaand here’s your double scoop of cookie dough and salted caramel, darling!” Taron chirps, handing the cup of frozen delicacy over to the little girl, his current customer, that stood before him. She thanks him with a wide grin to which he easily returns and proceeds to skipping happily away to rejoin her mother by the entrance. Taron loved his job. Besides the free ice cream, being able to serve such a delightful treat that can cheer people up instantly makes him feel all sorts of things; good things, of course. It also helps as a great distraction from anxiety-inducing thoughts that often plague his mind when he isn’t busying himself with something. Almost like having a job this fun was therapeutic for him. Weird.
Just before he could begin thinking of more weird thoughts, the bell above the entrance door rings as it is pushed open and Taron spins around to see who his next customer was only to be greeted by quite a familiar face. He definitely recognises her from the hallways. No, it is not creepy to look at people’s faces when passing by the halls. It’s usually just because he’s trying to find his friends or his roommates among the crowd.
Grin spreading wider across his face, he brings his hand up to push his glasses back into place before waving at the other frantically. “Hey there! Name’s Taron! Do you, like, happen to be a student of Solace University?” If she’s dining in, he is definitely going to use that fifteen minute break to sit with her. I mean, this is a golden opportunity for a new friend!
@p. chaeyoung "There you are!" Relief washes over Tzuyu once Chae steps into the shop, her eyes rivet to the menu plastered on top of the counter, but she doesn't really know which to choose. "I'm going perhaps with... Bastani.. sonnati?" The words tripping on her tongue. "Yeah that," she says with the light shining in her eyes though she doesn't know what composes the flavor; she loves ice cream, and she's ready to take up a challenge of trying new ones. It's the first time she went out with Chaeyoung, and treating her at their first friendly date? Sweet!
@c. tzuyu already behind schedule, the girl lightly jogs down the street sidewalk to locate the ice cream shop hidden amongst the line of stores. she comes to a halt and a relieved grin blooms on her face when she finds tzuyu in the parlor window. swinging open the door, she walks into chilled store before taking a seat across from her peer. setting down her camera bag next to her, she flashes a warm smile. "sorry i'm late, i saw some really pretty flowers in the nearby garden and wanted to take some pictures. did you already pick out an ice cream you wanted to try? i'll pay!" quickly getting back up, she motions for them to head over to the counter to place their order. "mmm i think i'll have the rose lemon today! what about you?" after glancing at the variety of flavors she turned towards tzuyu to hear her choice.
@p. chaeyoung Tzuyu arrives at the parlor earlier Chaeyoung, every tinkle of the bell attached to the entrance of the parlor has Tzuyu wringing her face to see whether it'd be Chae on the receiving end. Waiting out in the sun is no fun, seeing as to how scorching the heat is that the filtered daylight searing in through the blinds can be felt on her skin. The black and white floorboards seem to swirl in Tzuyu's vision, keeping herself busy with the wait for Chaeyoung, attending to the boredom that has frayed on the edges of her roaming eyes. Before long, the sound of the bell tinkling and the door opening slithers its way to her ears, she looks up to see if it would be indeed Chae or not.
