@lεε jυчεσи even though he was pretty sure he looked like a kicked puppy already, he let his lower lip jut out barely noticably in order to lower the risk of being told off. at this point, juyeon was the only one he could talk about this with. even though he still had haknyeon, he was a slytherin, he would've most likely made fun of him, and he didn't want to become hogwart's next spectacle.
a relieved huff slipped past his lips when juyeon got up. "uhm. if only i knew. maybe some place that smells of food? places where lots of things things might be? niffllers are little thieves - way too cute, though, you can't even be mad at them." he already walked towards the exit, excitement tickling his extremities now.
"i knew i could count on you", he then muttered, "i need to get him back. wherever he came from."
@lεε jαεнчυи it was a normal day for juyeon, or so he thought. he had just finished classes for the day and opted to head to the library to read up and study. after collecting a few necessary textbooks, he sits himself down at his usual place, near the astrology section, a subject he favoured the most. despite readying himself to study, it didn't take long before a disturbance arises.
blinking, juyeon looks up from his book and sees the gryffindor prefect, jaehyun, looking a little too lost for someone of his role in the school. leaning forward in curiosity, his eyes go wide at the query jaehyun brings him with. "i'm sorry?" he thought he had heard wrong. now, juyeon was going to say no. he had a test to study for and that was his sole purpose of coming to the library. but alas, juyeon was never good at saying no to jaehyun. with a sigh, he sets aside the books and gets up from his seat, dusting off his robe. "come on, then. where do you think he could've gone?"
@lεε jυчεσи tonight had been kind of restless for jaehyun, and contrary to his hopes for the day, it soon turned out to seem to get just as stressful - yesterday in the evening, when he went to the forest to train some nature manipulation spells, he'd accidentally brought a little niffler back to the dorms. well, he let him sleep in a carton he'd found in his room and used a small strap of tape to keep it shut - of course he'd cut some holes for the poor little guy to breathe as well - and when he woke up the next morning, he was gone. he was gone despite the door and the window being shut, and the box being closed.
he's been searching for the niffler for nearly two hours now, and now his way led to the library, where he assumed that juyeon would be since he was busy with studies - indeed, after a few glances around the library, he spotted him, and immediately made his way over him. "hi", he muttered, giving his shoulder a few small pats, "do you have some time? i might have brought a niffler by accident and now he's gone - he was in my room, the door was shut, and he's gone!" he ended his rambling with a slightly defeated huff and looked down at him helplessly. "what if someone's going to hurt him?"
