i believe for ur random qn it is up to you if u want to evolve it or not, but i might have to check it again with other trainers about it, bc if u see the pokefaq it did say you can evolve it when it hits lvl 30 for 2 evolution stages n lvl 16 for 3 stages and i believe none of our pokemons here alr hit that lvl XDMNXMN

and for the second qn, yes you are allowed to write it out like that. we encourage ppl to roleplay in here as long as both parties agreed with stuff xP
