@Jiaheng He heard it, those two words, they were quietly said by his ear in the middle of a pause in the explosions. But then more continued, a flare followed by bursts of red, gold, green..illuminating the sky, and Tao leaned back into the hug, lacing their fingers together, smiling softly.
He turned his head lightly, and pecks the other's jaw line before looking back down at the ring.
"If..we did do it..how would we start.." he turns around their hands still laced but bodies close as his dark eyes met the other's brown ones, "I want to try.."

@Taozi Kris watched the ring slip onto his finger and fit snug. It was perfect. Nothing could have been better - unless the wedding band was there too, but Kris was patient.
"Come watch the fireworks with me," Tao offered and Kris gladly followed Tao, hugging him from behind and resting his chin on Tao's shoulder. Gently, Kris' hand took Tao's, and he couldn't help but murmur, 'You're perfect,' under his breath.

@Jiaheng "Oh y-yeah.." he blushed, not sure how he could forget such a thing..but his mind was a scrambled mess as he slid the ring onto his finger, staring at it before looking up and smiling sweetly at the other..his fiance.."I love you.." he states again.
Maybe..just maybe..their bond wouldn't ever break..
He stood turning away, walking to the balcony silently as his thoughts wandered, "come watch the fireworks with me.." he smiles back at Kris, while his mind argued over how if they did do anything tonight..how would it start..Tao never even changed while the other was in the same room..how could he face the idea of the other even seeing any part of him without feeling so self concious?

Kris' heart pounded as he waited and waited, till finally he heard a small 'Yes,' and felt Tao in hugging him. Kris immediately pulled the younger closer, and smiled the biggest smile yet - Tao was going to be his, and he would be Tao's. Caught up in the happiness of the moment, Kris pulled back and laid small kisses all over Tao's face, and then remembered the ring. "Tao, I still need you to wear the ring to make it official," Kris chuckled still smiling and almost glowing now that he was with the one he belonged.

He saw a few fireworks but nothing good yet-a small breath left him when he was turned, as usual he got startled while easily, but he smiles when he sees Kris, only to blink, then blush, then bite his lip muttering "Kris.." as he began to move away..what was he doing? D-did he want it that bad...
"Kris.." he spoke again in slight fear as the other continued down his neck and then-
He blinks, a breath of relief, and of shock leaving him as he stared at the other kneeling before him.
His skin still tingled where the others lips had been, and he scratches the place softly, realizing what he was being asked he felt tears in his eyes and nods, but..but he..he..
his mind stuttered, and he felt tears slide down his cheeks, he just nods again, choking out a 'yes..'
his heart was pumping hard, his body hot, had this really just-
He bit his lip before hugging the other tightly.

Watching Tao carefully, Kris felt the butterflies in his stomach. For the longest time he wanted this. For the longest time, he thought about it. Walking - and almost running - to his handbag, Kris grinned and opening up one of the pockets, retrieved what he was looking for, and returned to Tao, quietly approaching from behind.
Gently he turned Tao around, and acted as though he was in a bit of a lusty mood. Kris' folly was to surprise Tao. The elder leaned in and placed an arm on the window, just beside Tao's head. Kris began to lay small kisses along Tao's jawline, then down his neck. As though he was gonna continue further, Kris lowered further. He pulled the object from his pocket, and kneeling on one knee, he looked at Tao with a huge, nervous, idiotic grin.

"Huang Zitao... Will you marry me?"

He nods, hoping the other wasn't leaving because of his answer, "Neh, don't take too long Kriseu~" he smiles, hearing fairly loud cracks and pops outside.
"Wo ai ni.." he says back as the other leaves and he sighs, puffing his cheeks, his mind returning back to what the other wanted..
'Its been two years, why the hell can you not be comfortable enough to just do it..?' he mentally shouted at himself, moving to go get peek of the fireworks through the window

@Taozi "Taozi... It's alright. I respect your decision." 'As much as I want to show how much I love you - all of you,' Kris thought once more, and dropped his efforts. He wasn't giving up on his other question though - this question had been nagging him for so long. Yixing finally helped him, and Kris finally worked up the confidence. Leaning in, Kris placed one of the softest kisses he had ever managed to give on Tao's lips, muttering softly, "Wo ai ni... I'll be back in a moment - I can hear the fire works outside." Kris grinned, the whizzing and popping sounds going off in the background.

@Jiaheng He bit his lip. Nodding at his words. It was true...sometimes it strengthened bonds but..he had no idea what it would do to them. .
"I don't want to risk losing what we have.." he explained, "I love us more than that.."
He also mentally added his own insecurities of how he looked. Lack of self confidence. .one of the main reasons.

@Taozi Kris gently took Tao's hand, and nodded. "That can happen Taozi, and I am not forcing you," 'Just convincing...' Kris thought, and really wanted to smack himself silly. Smiling softly, he gave Tao's hand a reassuring squeeze, and quietly added - just some food for Tao's thought -, "Taozi... Sometimes, people can become closer - more often then not. No pressure, though." Kris didn't mean to pressure his boyfriend; it was more to figure out what exactly was holding him back.

"Its fine..? I mean, You and I are intimate..we hug and kiss and hold hands and all.." he says, his cheeks faintly flushing at the start of the boy's sentence, "but..beyond that..i-i mean.." his words died on his lips, and he looked down seeing his fingers playing around with each other anxiously.
"I..I don't know..i..I can't.." he whispers softly, biting his lip.
The thought honestly terrified him..just because he'd never done it..the fact that they weren't even engaged and there were no commitments and what if he did something wrong and and just.."relationships can sometimes die because after doing more intimate acts things just change.."

@Taozi Watching his cute expression, Kris lightened up a bit, and shook his head, "Umm.. It's kinda odd to ask..." He started a bit softly, and then moved closer to Tao, taking a seat on the bed's edge, beside him. "Tao.. I won't force you - ever - so please don't misunderstand but..." The elder was now reduced to nothing more than a nervous wreck, unsure of how Tao would take it and respond, but he took his chances. "What are your thoughts on intimacy..?"

@Jiaheng "Hmm?" Tao turned, dropping onto the bed, looking at the other briefly before moving to grab a book he'd been reading.
"What is it Kris?" he asks, patting the spot beside him and smiling, was something on the other's mind? Did he do something to upset him?
He puffs his cheeks up with air while awaiting a response.

@Taozi Nodding in agreement, Kris takes another moment to stare a bit longer at the sunset before moving to follow Zitao into the hotel room. Lingering close to the glass doors of the balcony, Kris shut the door behind him, and watched as Tao walked - the simple gestures, be it his posture or his legs or arms or neck, Kris was enchanted. The feline like prowl that Tao had captivated Kris, and never failed to excite him—
But Kris shook the thought off. 'No. Not until he says yes.' Kris chided himself, and disciplined himself in a way that rivaled Tao's previous lifestyle. "Tao..." Kris started once more, his arms crossed at first, but then one arm moved to support his chin. He decided that tonight, he'd bring the matter up.

@Jiaheng He nods, "I hope you are.." he smiles, feeling the air cooling, he shivers, "Lets go inside, if we hear fireworks we can come back out and watch, but I doubt there will be any.." he speaks pointing to the layer of clouds covering half the sky.
Letting go of the other he turns and walks away back into their room.

@Taozi [ Sounds perf to me. ]

Kris chuckled softly and shook his head. "Nahh, the screaming and the adrenaline kept me going, and I will be fine. I'm not tired, Taozi - my voice will probably be gone by tomorrow though." Kris' shoulders shifted as he laughed at the thought, but it wasn't anything that some coffee couldn't fix. Bringing his hand up to cup Tao's, Kris nodded, kissing Tao's forehead, "I honestly am fine, Baobei."

Tao blinks, staring out at the sillhouette of the park as the sun set behind the largest rollercoasster in the resort. The other's question snapped him back in a bit of a confused surprised lost state, "huh.." he mumbles, looking up at the other, "oh..uhm..a little..its nothing bad though..im alright..i bet you'd be more so..riding screaming during all those rides..im kind of amazed your voice isnt gone honestly.." he grins, "are you tired, Kriseu?" he wonders, reaching a hand up to rest it softly on the others cheek.

@Taozi [ Is innocent Tao gonna be (inadvertently) teasing Kriseu, or is Kriseu gonna make the first move, and try to talk Tao into it? ]

Kris held the other close, and swayed slightly to the lively music below. It was peaceful, up there. The Sky darkened further and the sun finally began to set. Brilliant hues of orange and pink and blue filled the expanse of sky, and it distracted Kris for a minute. It brought his thoughts to a stop, and peace washed over him. He gave into this blank state, and just took a deep breath. Mindlessly, he turned to Tao, and played with his soft black locks. "Taozi, what do you want to do now? Are you tired?" Kris smiled.

@Jiaheng The younger rests his head back against the other's chest, smiling more as he watched the sky darken.
"I'm happy to hear that.." he states.
They'd been together for two years and not once had any doubts flitted to his mind about Kris sneaking off to be with someone else. tao wasn't stupid..by this point of a relationship most couples had gone beyond sweet words, hugs, and kisses..they hadn't..and honestly sometimes Tao wondered if the other would ever say anything about it. But he never did. Not since the start of the relationship when Tao had set the limit. In fact the limit had been pushed twice.
From just sweet words, they'd gone to hugging, from hugs it went to kissing. But that was it.Tao wasn't comfortable with more..though he sometimes wished he was.

Kris almost tasted the sweet words coming from the younger's lips, and grinned like an idiot. "I love you too," he murmured in response, and s his arms more securely around the younger's fit form.
Kris' thoughts flew once more to a place where he didn't exactly want them. The past to years with Tao were and still are pure bliss, but Kris questions if Tao would be willing to go all the way. Having never gone past holding eachother and kissing, Kris was wondering if Tao was ever going to be willing. But, then the elder would thing of how with anyone else he wouldn't have waited as long: Tao made the wait worth it. Kris would wait for as long as the younger needed. "Tao..." Kris murmured softly, eyes half lidded, and foreheads still together. The words that he wanted to ask got caught in his throat - 'Can I prove to you how much I love you?' but no. The words stopped and didn't reach his vocal cords. "...I love you so much." That's all that he was left with.

Tao blinks at the final statement, "Good no roller coasters.." he agrees, rolling his eyes at the comment about flips, "Yeah I know you do.." he smiles a bit, looking into the other's dark eyes happily before pressing their lips briefly together, "Wo ai ni." he grins.

Kris smiled remember poor Tao and watching him from the heights or the rollercoaster. "I promise; no rollercoasters. That's understandable," he nodded, and innocently kissed Tao's nape. Straightening up, Kris kept his arm securely around Tao, and Kris turned enough to face Tao. "I promise, no rollercoasters," Kris assured and gently ran his free hand down to Tao's stomach. Playfully, the elder drew patterns into Tao's stomach. "When you talk about that feeling - I hope you don't mean the flips in your stomach: I like to cause those." Kris smirked, laying his forehead against Tao's.

Tao blinks, laughing as the other nuzzled against him, "arassooo.." he pats the olders head, "We'll come back next year," he nods, "but I still won't ride the rollercoasters.." he adds looking out at the view.
"I hate the feeling you get when you ride them..how do you even like that it makes me sick to think about it.." he chuckles

Kris smiled as a familiar arms wrapped around him, and the sound of his true Chinese name sent a pleasant flutter in his stomach. The elder nodded and grinned, "Yes, I love the view. It's just... Perfect. It seems like paradise," the taller blonde pulled the younger around his form, and wrapped an around around the man. "Zitaooo," Kris playfully whined and nuzzled into Tao's neck, "I don't want this to end. It's been magical. Promise to come back next year," Kris asked, smiling, and acting childish just for the hell of it. Vacation was vacation—he had every right to let go.

Tao had just showered after a full day of walking around the park and watching Kris take rides that he pretty much couldn't take. Mostly out of his own fear; the only ride he did take was this one water ride and that was because Kris had insisted.
Now fully dressed he looked around for Kris, catching sight of him out on the balcony.
He walked over with a grin, putting his arms around the other instantly as he snuck up behind him, "Jiaheng..enjoying the view, huh? I hear that there might be fireworks tonight if it doesn't rain and the clouds blow away.."

[Nope. I had to. buahaha. My temptation got the best of me.]

Kris watched over the resort from their balcony in the lofty room, atop the hotel. Surprisingly, the rooms higher up were cheaper, but Kris couldn't see how that was possible. Didn't people like a good view? Maybe it was just him. A breeze constantly caressed his skin, and he watch the warm evening colors of the sky as the sun was to set in a short while. Kris, lost in thought, couldn't help but think of his lover--his partner for the past to years. His "other half," if you will, by the name of Huang Zitao. It brought a smile to Kris' face, thinking about him, and them, and "us".
