Cliques!

*PLEASE NOTE: Do not take to heart, any of the stereotypes listed below, they are merely set as an outline and to add some much needed drama at times when certain students interact. You can roleplay your character, however you choose.

Jocks – Top of the food chain at Kokoro college, these guys are popular, athletic, handsome, generally have good grades and tend to be the envy of many of the other students in school. They appear to have it all. Despite popular opinion that these young men are rude, arrogant and quite nasty should you encounter them, some of them are actually pretty decent human beings and will help you out should you need it. Although some of them ensure before offering a helping hand, that that they too will benefit from their act of good will. Which kind of jock will you be?

Cheerleaders – There to cheer on the mighty Warriors when they play, these girls/guys are popular, attractive, lusted after and hated in equal measure as well as being the centre of attention in any situation. These individuals fight for who or what they want, pulling out all the stops and using their wealth and beauty to get their own way in life. Some of them are nice, kind-hearted people, but they rarely show that side of themselves when around their crew.Who will you be cheering for by the time you get settled in Kokoro?

Nerds – This group of kids are generally a quiet bunch just looking to get through school with the best grades they can muster and all limbs still intact. Although they mainly keep to themselves and mingle only with their “own kind” they do sometimes tutor the other, more popular and less intelligent people from other cliques. Of course, this is for a price and usually works in their favour and makes their time at school a little easier to bear. How will you make it through college?

Skater Kids – These guys or girls are known as the grunge type crew. The young adults that use their skateboards or BMX’s to get around on campus, these youths aren’t typically academically gifted, but what they lack in scholarly abilities, they more than make up for as the fun bunch. The ones that generally everyone speaks to. These kids will sell you a spliff or two amongst other recreational drugs and provide you with entertainment should you hang out with them, or if they let you into their circle of friends. How will you spend the long, arduous days at Kokoro?

Emo/Goth Kids – The socially awkward crowd. These kids have a bleak outlook on life and are easily recognisable by their threads. Dark clothing, heavy make-up and face set in a typical scowl when met with the “popular” bunch. They’re not the friendliest of people, not if you don’t belong in their inner circle and even then, they tend to be quite the downer. Will you learn to smile at Kokoro?

Thugs – This crowd listens to hip hop, rap music and hardcore metal. These guys try to intimidate others, are constantly trying to impress their peers whilst simultaneously fighting to keep up their fearless image, no matter what happens in their life. In general though, this bunch have bad self-esteem and struggle to maintain their hard exterior when faced with certain situations. Can your inner badass be tamed at Kokoro?

Average Kids: These guys are all round, just that; average. They don’t particularly fit in with any specific group or clique, but in fact tend to meld seamlessly in with pretty much anyone and everyone. They are neither one extreme or another, but despite that, they are widely accepted into most groups. Not as a bona fide member, but they can become close friends with anybody from any clique. Easygoing, fun and generally a happy bunch, the average kids tend to sail through college. Will you? And what friends or enemies will you make along the way to ensure your ride goes a little smoother than most?
