Lilypad Garden

@✷ Sunggyu [SH] - I took the opportunity as I had nothing to do and nowhere to be today to race and jump from lilypad to lilypad never realizing how flimsy they actually were-
- I dealt with it by jumping in the centers but I ended up missing by an inch and I slid off and landed on my ankle breaking it instantly, all you could hear in the garden was a blood curdling squeal in agony looking down at the bone poking out and I tried to not faint from the sight -

@✞ Kiseop Minho shrugged. "I won't get in trouble with anyone." He stated before wrinkling his nose. "Still, I've known the kid for...as long as I've known his cousin. It's kind of hard not to worry about him. I don't trust you exactly, but I'll hope that Sungjong know's what he's doing."

the tamer smiled sheepishly before nodding slightly. "He's not, but I suppose I'll see you around..." He said softly as he watched the beast disappear. Sighing quietly, he looked around before heading out to feed as well.

@☩ Minho "Alright, I'll take it." The elder Beast chuckled and wrapped slender fingers around the bottle before pocketing it, nodding his head in acknowledgement. "I don't want you to get into trouble with /him./ But you don't have to worry too much. As long as I'm with him, he's safe. I'm very... well-trained, as you might put it. Self-trained, to be sure, but I know how to behave accordingly."

Kiseop chuckled softly, then raised his eyebrows fractionally when the Tamer's stomach started to growl. "It's nearing suppertime. I should be heading back to my own dwelling for a nice evening meal. You should too... Sungjong's probably waiting for you." A small smile, a slight bow, and the Beast bid his farewells, melting into the encroaching darkness like so much shadow. "See you around..."

@✞ Kiseop Sighing softly, Minho merely stepped the other and pressed the small bottle to the beast's hand. "for my peace of mind, just take it. That way I can honestly tell Sungjong I did do something about your injury and I won't have to lie." he nodded as he glanced toward the village. "Yeah...he can be a bit too trusting at times though and i--" the tamer cut off and glared down at his stomach as it made his hunger known with a rather loud grumble.

@☩ Minho Ah. So this must be the "Minho-hyung" Sungjong had been talking about. Interesting... But Kiseop had to shake his head and smile at the Tamer. "Ah, no, it's okay. I've got some healing salve of my own. You can keep yours, use it on someone more... deserving. It's mostly healed anyways." A wry chuckle, then a nod of recognition. "Thanks. He's a good kid. Since he's gone back inside, I don't see a reason to stay around. I DID just come to drop him off."

@✞ Kiseop "Sunggyu's a cool guy. Nothing really to worry about there." Minho stated before sighing again and opening the small pack he kept tied around his waist. He looked through it before getting out a small bottle and holding it out to the other. "Here. Healing salve. Use this on it and maybe check out the healing pool if that doesn't fully heal it." He stated grudgingly. "If Sungjong trusts you then...I'll trust his judgement."

@☩ Minho Smiling a little, Kiseop gave another slight bow. "Wounds heal in time. Don't worry about me, you should probably worry about that Sunggyu character you were speaking of. I don't hold anything against you, so you don't owe me any favors."

@✞ Kiseop Minho sighed softly. "What's done is done and cannot be changed. It's in the past and now there is no use to continue looking back at it." the tamer ran his hand through his black hair before remembering something. "your cut...how is it. Are you hurt too badly?"

@☩ Minho The Beast held up a finger in opposition, one eyebrow arched as the rest of his face held its normally placid expression. "To be fair, I didn't take advantage of him. He asked me to help him. Granted, I might have played a small role in his getting aroused, but I assure you, it was unintentional. I took care of him, cleaned him up, and brought him back. I'm sorry to say that I didn't have anything for his limp, though. I'd carried him home."

A small bow, then. "I apologize for all this inconvenience. I usually don't wait until this late to send people home, but we'd overslept."

@✞ Kiseop Minho waited until he was sure Sungjong was out of hearing before dropping his hand from between his eyes before looking to the beast and narrowing his eyes. "You...what the hell were you thinking taking advantage of him like that?! I swear...things like this is making me age faster..."

@☩ Minho Sungjong's eyes began to water as Minho scolded/yelled at him. Sure, he was still pretty young, but still of all things he hated, it was to be scolded. It always managed to bring him to tears. He nodded slowly and sniffed softly. "Yes Minho hyung..." He muttered before glancing at Kiseop. "Bye Ki hyungie.." Then he turned and hurried to the village still limping slightly.

@✷ Sungjong "Help you?!" somehow Minho's eyes went wider. "Helping you does not mean to have with you. Dammit, Sungjong you're still pretty much a baby!" He released his hold on the younger fae to pinch the bridge of his nose and pointing to the village. When he spoke, his voice held no room for argument. "Go home, Sungjong and I'll decide if I should tell Sunggyu or not."

@☩ Minho Eyes wide, Sungjong let out a squeak in surprise as he was suddenly pulled closer. He pouted as Minho questioned him. "N-no. I don't want for any of that, but none of it was Kiseop hyung's fault. He just helped me." He said softly, head down.

@☩ Minho Once the Tamer had released him, Kiseop climbed to his feet with much more grace and dignity than one would perhaps expect, but hey. He was practically 900 years old after all. He hadn't expected to see Sungjong running back over, but at least the younger Fae's presence was integral in making the Tamer get off him.

The Tamer's comment about his smell would have had Kiseop blushing had not the Beast been past the age of being embarrassed over matters like . It was a private affair between two people, sure, but it was life. with a Fae, though... particularly one under the care of one so fiercely protective as this Tamer... wasn't anything to be taken lightly. Still, it wasn't exactly his place to speak up, not just yet. The pounding in his head still hurt, even though the bleeding seemed to have stopped, so Kiseop focused on that more than the issue at hand, willing the cut to heal on its own.

@✞ Kiseop Eyes hard, Minho ignored the smell of blood from the other as he listened to the beast's explanation. Letting out a low growl when he heard sungjong's agreement. Reluctantly, he got up, but kept his dagger out and body tensed to fight if needed. "you smell of old blood and of other...activities." The tamer stated, commenting on how the beast smelled more aged than others as well as the smell of practically oozing off of him.

Still, keeping his eyes on the beast, he grabbed Sungjong and pulled the fae closer before leaning in and inhaling deeply only for his eyes to widen. "Yah, Lee Sungjong! Are you trying to get yourself killed?! Hell, are you trying to get me killed by Sunggyu?"

@✞ Kiseop Sungjong had turned and already taken a couple steps toward the village when the faint, almost unnoticeable sound of someone approaching fast was heard. However, by the time he turned, it was in time to see Minho pinning Kiseop down. "Minho hyung! Stop! He's my friend!" He stood by the other, not touching the elder fae as he didn't want to be the cause of an accidental death of his beast friend. When Kiseop spoke, he nodded quickly in agreement. "He's telling the truth, hyung. I swear it! He's really, really nice."

"See you around, Jongie. Rest up, don't run around too much." A smile, then...

Kiseop had really gone soft in his age... that much was evident when a Tamer slammed the Beast into the ground just as he had instinctively turned to catch something /off/ in the atmosphere. Before he knew it, there was a very sharp dagger at his throat and a very heavy being pinning him down. The way he'd fallen, Kiseop's head had grazed a rather hard rock, and he could feel and smell the blood trickling from a sizable cut behind his ear.

By the smell of things, this Tamer was halfway through the recorded lifespan of Fae and Beasts, perhaps around 500 years old. For a Beast that was looking upon his 900th birthday, that was nothing to sneeze at, but it WAS something that made his inner traditionalist frown. Whatever happened to respect for one's elders? He wasn't about to push that subject now, though... that would only incense the Tamer more, and he didn't want that.

"If I may... I was simply returning young Sungjong to his village. The boy's tired, and I wanted to be sure he got back safely." He really couldn't see his little Fae friend from his position, but he certainly could see into the eyes of the Tamer. "I mean no harm to you or to other Fae. Take a close look at me. Do I look dangerous? Do I /smell/ dangerous? You can ask him yourself, I was taking him home from the Lilypad Gardens." Normally, Kiseop wouldn't be one to drag his friends into anything, but with a dagger at his throat, he would tell the straight truth, no weaseling. "Believe me."

@✞ Kiseop Minho had been out searching for his younger fae friend, Sungjong for the past few hours. They had been supposed to meet up to try and teach Sungjong a bit of self defense, only to wait for a couple hours with no show. Getting worried, he had gone out to find the younger only returning as the sun began to go down. As he started back to the village, he paused seeing the younger fae, only to stiffen as he saw the beast watching his young friend heading toward the entrance. Jaw clenching, he let out a low growl before running and attacking the beast, yanking the male back and slamming him on the ground, dagger to the other's neck. "Who are you and what are you doing here? Your kind isn't welcome here." He growled lowly.

@✞ Kiseop Not feeling the need to break the comfortable silence, sungjong simply hummed softly and lost himself in his thoughts. All too quickly it was announced that they were there and he was set on his feet. He pouted slightly as he lost the elder's warmth before nodding. "Okay. Be safe as well, hyungie~" He leaned up and kissed the other's cheek. "I'll see you around."

@✷ Sungjong "Sure thing, sure." Kiseop chuckled at Sungjong's squeaking as he headed to the Fae settlement. "I like hanging out with you too." A spell of silence, and Kiseop could soon see the Fae village in the distance and smiled. "Ah, here we are." He didn't stop walking until he could see every log in the fence, then set Sungjong down, kissing the top of his head. "Be safe, mm? I'll stay here until you get back inside."

@✞ Kiseop The fae let out a rather undignified squeak as he was suddenly scooped up before gasping and wrapping his arms around the other's neck. "You do the same too, 'kay? I like hanging out with my Kiki hyungie~" He laughed softly and scrunched his nose before nodding. "Just get me close to the fae village and I can go alone from there."

@✷ Sungjong Kiseop didn't miss the little wince that came across the Fae's face, and scooped Sungjong up into a bridal carry. "Of course we can hang out soon, Jongie," he chuckled, jumping from one lilypad to the next with about as much finesse as a mountain goat. "Just call on me whenever you're bored or want to talk to me or anything. I'll be there. For you." A tweak of the nose, and the Beast smiled, landing gracefully on the leaf-carpeted footpath of the forest. "Come on, I'll take you home."

@✞ Kiseop Nodding slightly, Sungjong took the other's hand, stood and stretched, wincing slightly at the slight soreness in his lower back. "We can hang out again soon, right hyung?" He asked, looking to the other hopefully.

@✷ Sungjong "I slept okay," Kiseop yawned, muffling his little huff in Sungjong's shoulder. "We should probably get out of here, though. It's gonna get pretty dark pretty soon, and there are things wandering around out here that I don't care to meet up with anytime soon." The peck to his neck had him purring lightly before he stood up, holding out his hand. "Come one then. Let's be off."

@✞ Kiseop The fae hummed softly as he leaned back to the other's chest and couldn't help the shiver that went through him at the sound of the other's voice. "Mmm...I'm okay.." He mumbled before nodding. "Mhmm~ I did...and you?" he asked, leaning his head back on the other's shoulder and lightly pecking Kiseop's neck.

@✷ Sungjong "Nn..." Kiseop roused a little at Sungjong's moving around, blinking one eye open to see the Fae rubbing his eyes with a little pout on his face. The action was just so cute... and the Beast sat up and hugged his tiny companion from behind. "You okay, Jongie?" he muttered, sleep making his voice just a little bit deeper than normal. "Sleep well?"

@✞ Kiseop Several hours later, Sungjong slowly blinked his eyes open, lips going to an instinctive pout that always came with waking. Glancing around, he noticed the slight drop in temperature as well as the fact that the sky was painted with the red orange the showed the sun was dropping. Slowly, he pushed himself into a sitting position before rubbing a fist in his eyes, the action making him seem younger than usual.

@✷ Sungjong Kiseop himself smiled and nuzzled Sungjong fondly before wrapping an arm around him protectively. "Sleep," he muttered, just as the Fae's eyes shut quietly. It didn't take too long before the Beast followed him into the realm of sleep, warmed by the sun and sated with pleasure.

@✞ Kiseop It was amazing how fast he could could go from wantonly begging for more pleasure to suddenly being shy and cute like this. "but hyungie's my friend. Of course I worry still." He pouted and nodded. "Okay then...I'm just a little tired." He mumbled, just as a yawn broke though. Humming softly, he nuzzled to the other, eyes closing. After only a few short minutes, the fae was asleep.
