Realistic:
Let’s not overpower yourselves, not everyone is perfect. Everyone is talents but let’s not say they’re good at literally everything. Keep it simple, your trainee can have experience in things but don’t say your trainee is amazing at all Vocal, Rap, and Dance. Also, please don’t say you’re “Sehun’s Sister” or “Mingyu’s girlfriend” Etc. I will ignore/decline your form.. Once you enter, you can’t have a boyfriend/girlfriend as a trainee but once you become an Idol you will have a 5 day ban from dating.
Focus:
After the 5 day ban is over and you have a person you have interest in please inform me through PM first and the person must agree with you. But remember, this Entertainment is not only for dating. It’s for pursuing your dreams as an Idol so let’s not go love crazy please!
Respect:
The most important rule. In this Entertainment we have respect for everyone. From Trainee to CEO we respect. Your trainee can have traits like “Looks Cold” Or is a little rude but by the end of your training, you rude trait must be gone. In reality, Idols are very kind and respectful. I don’t really care if your trainee is still rude after debut but it must be behind the scenes. Like your fan’s would not like to see such disgusting personality in public. I would just like everyone to respect one another!

Debut:
How will it work?
Once a CEO has noticed your hard work and passion for debuting, you will be put in an official pre-debut group that has 100% chance of debuting.
How long will it take until I debut?
You must train for a week before being put into a pre-debut group.
When will the pre-debut group officially debut?
There are 5 stages to a pre-debut group.
First you need to have good relationship with your fellow members.
You will be given a group task.
After passing the group task, it is different for every group, you just have to wait and see for yourself.
Activeness:
Every week I will do a active check. I’m not asking you to be active every single day, at least twice a week. If I notice that you’ve been inactive for 3 weeks then I will remove you. If you are in Hiatus please PM me and tell me an estimated time you’ll be gone.
Patience:
Everyone as school. When school begins, I will not be able to post as much as usually. Please bare with me on that.
