× respect is our biggest rule in the arcadia. respect each other, respect the admin and respect yourself.
× eighteen ( 18 ) and older only. we are a heavy roleplay and of age writers have every right to feel uncomfortable writing with you if they believe you are not over the age of 18. this goes for muses too. if they are not of age, they will not be listed on the masterlist.
× we are a general/non au roleplay with fantasy elements. and by this we mean that you are the idol you are portraying. the race aspect is to spice things up and give us more to play with. remember that. you're still an idol/actor/etc, and to the public you are human. in the arcadia, and with those of the arcadia, you can be 100% who you truly are
× while we are a mature roleplay, we ask that you keep any particularly hard kinks to private. hard kinks include non-con, dub-con, etc. you can be as as you want, but just keep in mind that not everyone wants to read about people peeing on each other. bloodplay is the only "hard" kink that is allowed in public because vampires... goes hand in hand.
× playing into the non au theme, if you're from a well known group - e.g twice - you don't really need to introduce yourself to people as if you've never met them before. chances are, you'd have encountered just about everyone and be on at least name terms with them. think about that. just how familiar you want to be towards someone is up to you, but obviously don't assume you're already ing or something.
× be welcoming and active. that means welcome new members/characters and don't just stick to people you're more familiar/friends. if you need a hiatus, talk to the admin.
× while we do allow for exclusive relationships, we very highly recommend that you don't. that isn't to say you have to date everyone you come across, but we ask that you at least try to keep yourself on an "open relationship" status. vampires and wolves can be very needy when in heat/thirsty. and humans are supposed to be affected by the pheromones both give off. that does not mean that you have to sleep with everyone... unless you want to, but be open to situations involving others whenever possible. marriage is allowed. as is pregnancy - including mpreg - but this must be discussed and won't be allowed until you've been in the roleplay for a long time. dating ban is one month
× while we are here for a good time, please don't devote your time to trying to find a romantic partner. roleplay isn't just about who you can ship your muse/s with. it is about developing the character you are portraying and letting them shine. if you fall in love with one person or multiple someones, great. we encourage the love, but don't let them be the sole reason you are here. we also will not accept it if you only attempt to sleep with/make romantic connections with members of your muses group. bubble roleplaying is very annoying especially when people make an effort for you.

× don't mix ic and ooc drama. we don't mind ic drama. it adds plots and character development but don't drag it into ooc. just because someone's muse dislikes yours does not mean that its reflective of their ooc feelings for you. plot together if you're worried that they don't like you ooc, etc. and don't let your ooc feelings mix with your character in the roleplay. if you need to ooc rant, we have a room for that, or you can come talk to the admins. we're here to listen.
× we are semi-literate towards literate. please don't use excessive one liners and emojis unless its in the sns group. give a bit of effort in actual roleplay posts. no one wants to get a "moans" response. believe me, it happens.
× this goes without saying, but no nudes.
× remember that your muses account is their private arcadia social media account. you don't need to give updates about schedules. it's for you to have fun and let loose. show off your character. × don't powerplay, meta-game or god mod. also don't fourth wall break when in character. if you're unsure what any of these terms means, google is your friend or you can ask the admin.
× get creative. this is your safe space. this is where your muse can really show what they are. this is where you can drop all walls and let out the kink. don't be ashamed if your muse likes to be bent over. that's fine. there's bound to be someone to give you what you're looking for.
× if you have any beef with other roleplayers from the past, leave it at the door. this plays into no ooc drama. we don't care if you hated X in Y roleplay. you're with us now and it's time to let the past go.

× we will monitor activity of each character. after ten ( 10 ) days of inactivity, you'll be classed as inactive and we will watch you for a further ten ( 10 ) days and if you don't come back, your character/s will be opened up for everyone else again
