RULE CHANGE! #6!!
"6. One character per roleplayer when you first join! After you have racked up 150 activity points you can apply for a second character, but only if you check with one of the admins first. If you've only reached 150 from constantly spamming the OOC room you will not be allowed that second chara until we see a decent amount of roleplaying from you."
