Tags layout

This'll sound dumb, but can any coder out there show me how to make the bottom layout as rpr readable code?

I am not code savvy and now I don't have a job, I'd love to learn. Any resources would be welcome. Gotta start somewhere, right?

w3schools is the best for people without a coding class to get started search on w3schools "div" and "css"
because those are the only things you can really use on rpr, also rpr has its own formatting rules so not every css will work on the website. making an endless scroll div requires a overflow:auto inside of an overflow:hidden, that will make sense once you get started.
