The account that sent it was made and deleted just for this. Or someone's account got hacked and deleted. It's most likely a scam. Don't open any links. I haven't, so Idk what will happen if you do. Be safe.

I got that too and instantly deleted it after seeing the account didn't exist cuz I was going to report it. I assume the mods took care of it

I got it as well, but I noticed the account was deleted so I assumed the problem was resolved by a moderator.
