the week has started off with an offstart. especially for chanshik of boy group, nbx! shortly after chanshik was announced to debut with starlight ent future boy group, nbx. his parents released an announcement regarding their child.

early on today, his parents released a letter and a video of their thoughts on their child debuting under the company. the letter was posted on the fanpage website in which the boys of nbx can communicate with their fans by replying to them via forums and chat pages. it reads, "dear chanshik, the boy who we raised and gave up so much for. It saddens and angers us that you have choosen to disobey or wishes. especially after everything we have gone through to raise you. i would like to announce that now - we no longer wish to have any connections with you. and if you continue this absurd dream of yours, you will lose all of your family as well. you are no longer our son, and do not come back home, because there is no home for you anymore."
originally, fans thought that the thread was just a hoax set up by anti fans, however after so much digging, it was revealed that chanshik's parents were in fact the ones that wrote the letter as they posted a video, re-inciting the words that were in the letter. it seemed as if the parents were very much against the wishes and dreams of their son.
fans found out that chanshik was related to former e8 member and member of orion, also trainee of sapphire entertainment's, golden boy (given to him by the fans) jeon jungkook. who released a statement in regards towards his cousin and the situation that is going on. "my cousin chanshik. the one that i grew up and used to climb trees with. run around and make a ruckus around the house with. who when I was grounded and my parents would send me home to bed without dinner - you would give me food and sneak a snack in for me. please know, always pursue your dreams. many people need and know how sweet and how kind you are. keeping you away from the public is a sin. we will one day debut and stand on a stage together. even if it's not under the same company. keep your head up and we will get through this together. i promise. fans, please stay together and support him under his time of need."

awww ! this is so sad. it's really nice to know that chanshik and jungkook are close to each other and our related! even I didn't know that! a+ and I love how everyone is giving the love to this boy. he deserves it! #gwenchanagongchan

gongchan was my favorite in nbx to be honest. he is so sweet and cute, and honest. i'm just really happy for him. and i hope this stuff gets sorted out and stuff! if your parents don't need you its okay! minho can be your new dad !

lowkey ded. taeyong was from sm ent right? so is he the face of the group or is someone else the face of the group? and that's pretty sad - that the maknae is the vocal unit leader. though I don't know who is singing what exactly. though i'm excited for the group's debut!
