Allison Elizabeth Harvard was born to a mother who was an abusive religious housewife, and a father who was a surgeon who helped save people's lives and was completely oblivious to the abuse that his wife would subject their daughter to. Her mother would force Allison to read the Bible aloud to her everyday and if she didn't recite the verses properly then she would put the girl in the dark little room under the staircase with no food for hours. Her mother would abuse her when her father was working, and he worked long hours at the hospital so unfortunately, Allison would be abused at home a lot. School wasn't any better for her. The other kids for bringing a Bible to school and they bullied her because she was small in stature, skinny, had bugged out eyes that made her look like a doll, long hair and glasses. She was a strange child. She would be in the corners of classrooms far away from the other kids, she was quiet and would be on the playground looking at squirrels up in the trees. When her father was home, they would spend time together and watch horror movies. Their favorite was Frankenstein and they would watch it every Halloween. Her mother would always be at church on Halloween because she believed that Halloween was the Devil's Holiday. Her mother wanted Allison to grow up to be a housewife, and her father wanted her to grow up to be a doctor. But Allison fell into her own path. At a young age the girl would go into the backyard and find small animals, whether they were dead or alive. She would go into the house and start to "operate" on them. She would kill the animal during the process if it wasn't already dead. When her mother found out, she tried to hire a priest to perform an exorcism on the girl, but her father talked his wife out of doing that and decided to take Allison to work with him in order to show her a healthier environment with a similar surgical skill set. This prompted her to want to follow in his footsteps and become a surgeon. She went to school and got her license and soon became a surgeon... unaware of what laid ahead for her in her career...
Allison was in the first year of her career of being a surgeon. It paid good money and she liked saving lives... until one day something went wrong. An accidental slip of the fingers and some veins had gotten cut. The patient bled out and died on the operating table. Blood covered Allison's gloved hands and she left the room to throw up. She had just killed someone. She had the other surgeons leave the room and told them she would take the body to the morgue herself... but that didn't happen. She instead put the body in a body bag and put it into the trunk of her car that night. She drove to the harbor and disposed of the body. The hospital soon got suspicious when the patient never checked out. They soon investigated Allison but couldn't find anything. The guilt ate her alive but she still continued to do her job. The next patient death however, was Allison's breaking point...

Allison went to the hospital that night to operate on an old woman with a heart condition. Allison walked into the operating room and saw her face... she looked just like her mother... though her mother had been dead for two years. Seeing the woman who looked so much like her mother reminded Allison of the abuse she suffered at the hands of her mother. She ordered the other surgeons to leave so she could have a moment with the woman who was under anesthesia. Allison took her scalpel and stabbed the woman in the heart repeatedly, effectively killing her. She then wrapped the body up in a body bag and threw it out of a window. The body landed onto the empty dark sidewalk below with a sickening crack. Allison left the building and put the body into her trunk, drove to the harbor, dumped the body and went home. She put in her letter of resignation the next day. She took a job at a nearby restaurant as a waitress and when she was walking to her car one night, she had gotten abducted and knocked out by a group of men. When she woke up, the men told her that they had been watching her for a while and that they wanted her to join them. They were Latrodectus and she would be a great surgeon for them. She took the job and has been a part of Latrodectus for four years. She works part-time as a waitress in the restaurant that just so happens to be the turf of Latrodectus in addition to the butcher shop. Allison is known as the Angel of Death, and her patients either come to her dead or alive and she operates on them, without caring if they're dead or alive while she works. She makes precise incisions and knows how to remove organs properly.
Allison is usually quiet, observant and her presence is slightly unsettling because she tends to sometimes stare at people in order to read them. She may seem soft spoken or shy but she's actually quite tough and bloodthirsty. When she's out and about in the city, she wears a beige trenchcoat that has an extra sharp scalpel hidden in it, poison pills, a high voltage taser, a canister of mace, a box of matches and a small bottle of alcohol. Allison is an unassuming cold blooded killer. She's the last person you would think would ever murder anyone, much less butcher someone because of the way she acts when she's around people. She acts sweet and quiet, when she's really slightly psychotic. Allison wears contacts while she works as a waitress, but she wears her glasses when she works as a Latrodectus surgeon. Allison is slightly unhinged. She talks to the bodies whether they're dead or alive while she dissects them. If they're alive and piss her off, then without a doubt she'll butcher them. She also still operates on animals from time to time as well. Allison is very knowledgeable on the subject of anatomy. She is very focused when she works so she hates getting distracted and lashes out if someone bothers her while she works. While working as a waitress and a surgeon she is easy to get along with. During her day job as a waitress, she also let's people walk all over her in order to be unassuming.
Allison likes working with her colleagues, though she is pretty sadistic that doesn't stop her from communicating with others around her.
