Yerim has a very secerative personality. She wants her life to remain untouched by the outside world and that sometimes tends to get in the way of her social life. Kim Yerim also known as Lim Kim was born in South Korea. Her life was average, but she moved over seas to New Jersey to pursue her studies. In 2011 she found out about auditions for Superstar K3, Yerim asked a guitarist - who was considered the best in the school - to join her for the auditions. The two made it through the auditions which led them back to Seoul to compete. They came out in Third place, they remained in South Korea with her for continued music training. The two signed a contract with Mystic89. They were set to debut in 2013 but when her guitarist had to make a sudden return to the US, she was forced to make a solo debut, which sky rocketted her fame instantly; leaving her song at number to on the gaon charts.
