-About Us- Anyeonghaseyo! Welcome to lovely stars layouts. I'm the only one making layouts here so please be nice. My name is Yul, I'm 13. I wanna try making this kind of layouts. -Blacklist- Hello, Gladly we dont have any blacklisted person yet. Please i dont want to see anyon being blacklisted so follow the rules. When or if ever i caught someone who is not following the rules, i'll block you immediately, Well mianhe if anyone get blacklisted. ^^
-Request Form- Anyeong! We accept rquest only for Character Layouts and Personal Layouts, He is the Request form. We hope you fill that up correctly.
