Having its success thanks to the groups and soloists, the company has earned its spot as one of the top four to join for young hopeful trainees who plan on becoming idols. With very high standards when it comes to all idols and trainees under the company, training isn't easy nor is debuting guaranteed under the popular company.

DreamWave Entertainment has been around since the hallyu wave in early 2008, although they didn't debut their first group until later. With more of a foucs on telling a story with their music, no genre is off limits with their groups. Despite the success of the idols signed under the label, debuting is a tough task .
