Niebelheim, a cute little village with not that many inhabitans, but a huge secret. The old Shinra villa is located here with a huge library in which you can almost find everything you are looking for. There is actually only one restaurant where visitors can sleep and usually does no one want to live here. If you want to get a house here, you maybe will need to talk to the inhabitans and make some friends. But till now did no one manage to get a house.
