@✮Mark Taemin quietly wrote his notes, once in a while looking through some pictures he had collected in his journal, he made sure no one saw tho. He laughed to himself, almost not able to wait until class was finished, he glanced over at the other, looking him dead on in the eye as he looked over at his notes, eventhough he stayed quiet, his eyes spoke for him. He kept eyecontact for a while before looking over at the teacher.
@✮Soon Young Mark stared after the boy, expression slightly confused and wondering if the other had actually meant to do that to him or if he had just mistaken Mark for another student. Blinking and emitting a sigh, Mark filed out the room as well -- this school really was filled with the strangest people.

In a sense, it was relieving that the other didn't seem to mind his presence. Mark began preparing for class as well, pulling out his supplies and setting them on the table. It was not long until the teacher entered the classroom and began the lecture, and with that, the note-taking began. As the hour dragged on, Mark could not help but glance over to his side, noticing that the male beside him had actually bothered creating notes for the class; it was rare considering most of the students here did not even care to bring their textbook to class yet here was this guy, reading and actually working. Perhaps he wasn't such a bad student here. It made Mark wonder which class the other was in.
@✮Mark As Soonyoung walked by the boy he decided to give a nice gesture. He pats on the boy on his shoulder and says "have a good day dude" then chuckles and walks away out of the classroom before the boy could respond.
@✮Mark Taemin glanced at the other as he slid in the seat beside him, just to make sure it wasn't someone he wasn't on good terms with, Taemin stayed quiet, opening his textbook as he started reading, making a few notes here and there as his eyes slid over the pages, he knew it wasn't going to be talked about in class, but it was still handy to have them, just in case. he mumbled to himself as he wrote his notes, trying to be as quiet as possible.
@✮Taemin Eventually, the two ended up at the entrance of the history classroom. Just as Mark opened his mouth to thank the other upon arrival at the door, the other had already entered, and so Mark remained silent and followed suit. He made his way to the front rows but upon realizing that it was filled with a group of guys who he had trouble with the previous day -most likely because the teacher had made them for punishment or so- Mark decided it was best not to sit there, at least for today. Instead, he headed towards the back of the room and slid into the chair beside the male who had helped him get to his destination, thinking that the other wasn't so bad and hoping that he wouldn't mind.
@✮Soon Young It was then when a movement registered in the corner of Mark's vision; he snapped out of his train of thought and realized that the brown-haired teenager was now looking straight at him, tilting his head in his direction. Did this mean something? Honestly the brunet seemed harmless, at least compared to the other students here, and Mark wondered what the other was thinking.
@✮Mark Soonyoung got up and stuffed his bag with whatever he had on his desk, not caring if it got bend or not. He held his bag in his hand like he always did; no one really understood why he did that though. Soonyoung notices the boy standing there waiting for the stampede to clear. He threw a head tilt in his direction, hoping he'll see.
@✮Soon Young The minute class ended, everyone around him began jumping out of their seat to stampede into the hall. Not wanting to follow the crowd, Mark calmly got up from his seat, swung his backpack onto his back, and began to make his way towards the door as well. On the way, his eyes glanced around the room and happened to fall on the boy who had thrown the pencil at him earlier. Mark had never noticed him in any of classes before; he wondered how many more he had with him.
@✮Mark Soonyoung took his notes and managed to control the gum chomping for abit, atleast until class was over. Soonyoung glanced at the boy, seeing he is focused on his notes he decides to leave him be. Time passed so quick he didn't even realize he had only a half page full of notes and the rest were little doodles on the side. He was ready for class to be over.
@✮Soon Young It wasn't before long until the teacher entered the room and when the time came, class began. As the hour passed, Mark wrote down notes, somehow managing to regain the motivation to work that he hadn't possessed upon entering the classroom. The next thing he knew, 30 minutes had passed and he had already taken up a page in his notebook. Nothing much happened - it had been relatively uneventful, almost boring actually, but he somehow managed to survive.
@✮Mark Soonyoung was shocked that the boy didn't say anything, he was tempted to say something but Soonyoung decided not to. "Does he even speak?" Soonyoung muttered to himself, his constant thoughts bring up more questions about the boy but those were for another time. Soonyoung started to draw on his notebook until class began
@✮Soon Young Mark blinked then closed his eyes, letting out a sigh before reopening them. He made eye contact with the unfamiliar boy as the latter came closer to retrieve the pencil, but remained silent. Something like this wasn't worth getting worked up and risk getting into trouble for, so Mark just gave the other a lazy look before turning back around as if nothing had happened, now just waiting until class began.
@✮Mark Chuckling at the boy's minor reaction, Soonyoung waved the his pencil in the boy's direction, signaling he had thrown the pencil at him. He got up and walked to where the pencil had landed and picked it up before chuckling once more before walking away and sitting back in his seat.
@✮Soon Young In the background, Mark could hear someone chewing obnoxiously on their gum but despite the irritating sound, he brushed it to the back of his mind, ignoring it. Just as he placed his backpack onto the ground and straightened back into his seat, he was suddenly struck in the nape of his neck by a small, blunt object which bounced off then clattered to the ground. Biting back a reaction, Mark spun around and glanced down to see a pencil lying on the floor before looking back up and scanning the room. His eyes landed on who he assumed threw the pencil: a young brunet who was loudly gnawing on his gum.
@✮Mark Soonyoung was already there in the back of the class and some what ready for class besides the loud chomping on his gum he had in his mouth. He decided he'd pull out his homework from his binder and work on it and what he didn't finish. But then got distracted by noticing Mark rummaging through his bag, "Who is this kid?" he mumbled under his breath. Mark was oddly captivating for a reason unknown but Soonyoung decided to start something. He grabbed his backup pencil and flung the pencil at Mark, snickering as the pencil flew.
@✮Soon Young Mark walked into his first class of the morning and took a seat near the middle of the room, placing his backpack onto the table before rummaging through to pull out what he needed for the class. This was only the third time he's been in History class but from what he's seen, it was rather boring and as much as he wanted to do well in his studies, he could not help but feel no motivation when he stepped into the room. Regardless though, Mark knew that he needed to focus and work hard, and thus as he waited for the rest of the students to arrive, he began to give himself a mental pep talk though made sure that his expressive remained impassive to those around him.
