i dont take chances when it comes to new situations like playing pool for the first time and things like that

i put myself down bc i've been engraving this mindset of "if i dont do well, people will laugh at me and make fun of my failures"

i know its hard to believe but as humans, we tend to ignore things that are the most obvious about ourselves
