Flower Shop

@⟡Do Kyungsoo /shakes my head a little when you ask me about whether or not the flowers weren't to my liking - after all, they were absolutely beautiful, and i would be pleased to keep them if they didn't remind me of the time that my love life fell to shambles right before me/
no, it's quite alright. they were for date of mine but they didn't seem as keen on that idea as i was, and they didn't decide to show. i figured that it would be better to give them to someone who would appreciate them. who better than the person who arranged them?
/a sheepish chuckle touches the back of my throat as i tuck my hands into my pockets, staring blankly at the bouquet for a couple of moments before turning my attention towards you once more, offering a small bow of my head/ thank you for your business. perhaps i'll be back again. /with the softest of smiles, i turn and make my way towards the exit with the slightest slump of the shoulders/

@⧿Vidyut Jamwal /i find myself humming softly into the silence of the shop, the last customer having just left and my elbows rest on the counter top, fingers tapping mindlessly to the tune that has been looping within my mind for a while now. that little me-time didnt last too long however, when minutes later the door jingles with the indication of someone entering the quaint little shop, and you can say I'm slightly surprised to see the same man from earlier -- such features are hard to forget after all, with the same bouquet of pink roses in his hands. but this time, something seemed off. onyx orbs flickers over to the pink bunch that is now handed back to me, and i cant help but stare at it for a bit, before it raises back to you with a smile thats is polite and rehearsed when situations as such happens.
uh -- was it not to your liking sir..?

/i was stood up, and i'm not quite sure what to do besides return the flowers that i had bought, seeing as i didn't want to look at them very much longer - luckily for me, the same florist from when i got here was behind the counter/
/managing a warm smile that sadly doesn't reach my deflated eyes, i walk up to you with the roses, hoping you won't ask much about why i'm giving them back as i hold them out to you/
