@♤ park seonghwa ʲᵘⁿᵉ Another sigh escaped Donghun's lips. The mood was weird, and the boy in front of him was most definitely not going to remember any of this in the morning. Maybe it'd be better to just get him home as soon as possible and pretend he never saw him like this. Donghun knew he'd probably feel embarrassed, even more so as they will be working together, so it was for the better to pretend someone else just found the boy and got him home.

At least that's what Donghun's initial thoughts were. However, as the boy was now basically emprisoning him in this uncomfortable seat there was no way to just ignore the elephant in the room, Donghun's face was flushed behind what's reasonable. Clearing his throat, his hands now clenching the hard fabric over his thighs, he was looking everywhere but towards June. 'What kind of situation have I gotten myself into'.

Politely holding onto the man's shoulders, Donghun pushed his seat back (still not managing to make eye contact, but that's a detail only he would remember any way). He looked around to see if he could find the boys' phone or his wallet, something that could somehow tell Donghun where he lived, but he was short in luck it would seem.

"Listen, I don't think you're very... capable of making decisions right now. Can we just please get you home?"

@◈ lee donghun⁻ᵐᵃⁿᵃᵍᵉʳ June took a deep inhale of the other man's cologne and body odour. He was practically purring at the human contact, but instead of indulging him in his frivolous demands, Donghun was responsible. Ugh. Who cared about doing the right thing when it wasn't fun? Seonghwa thought, though he allowed himself to be manhandled into the chair that'd been propped up. His fingers were pried out of the other's shirt and soon, he dangled all four limbs like they were filled with rice over the chair. His head felt heavy, so he let it loll back for a moment. When he came upright, he was one big cheshire grin.

"What's your address?" he combatted, trying to wink but blinking both eyes. "I'll stay there tonight." Here, he climbed out of his chair, and straddled Donghun in his stool, one leg on either side of the other man's thighs while his index a strand of Donghun's hair. "Kiss me cutie, then I'll take you home," he whined, his head lolling back again.

@♤ park seonghwa ʲᵘⁿᵉ Donghun could definitely make out the other better now after a couple seconds, his eyes having adjusted to the not-so-dark-anymore space. June was absolutely wasted. It had taken him a couple seconds to react to Donghun's entrance, that was for sure, and although Donghun wasn't one to stick his nose in other people's business, not only was he supposed to be managing this boy, but also he felt bad for him. Surely one has to be going through some stuff to get to this point. Either that or he has serious issues in the head, option which Donghun had ruled out by now.

He watched as said boy dropped his bass, his instincts kicking in as he attempted to catch it (he obviously failed, being so far away and all, but let's be honest, the other was far too drunk to even realise or even remember that, so let's pretend, for Donghun's sake, that he actually managed to somehow catch it). As the boy took a few steps towards him, Donghun took a few steps back. All in all, he had never spoken or even met this person, he knew close to nothing about him. This situation seemed dangerous enough and if possible he'd like to keep his distance until he could figure out just what exactly the situation is. This too failed, obviously, as even though June was undoubtedly drunk, he had caught up to him in no time.

"You're cute." Was the first thing he'd said to him. "Wha-" he couldn't even manage a reply at this point, the shiver that ran up his point from the sudden contact and his trembling hands (which were, granted, doing their best to remain still, but you know how it is), all of that kept him frozen for a few seconds before he got brought back to reality by the other boy's voice, which was way to close to him for his liking. And well, if all that wasn't enough, he had now to support most of his weight, the other leaning into him like there was no tomorrow.

"Ah- listen, let's just- get you seated over here-" he managed to mumble in between breaths as he sat him down. We're choosing to ignore the not so faint blush that had made its way into his face, not having heard such words in the longest time. Drunk people do talk like that, it means absolutely nothing other than that the fact they're drunk. As so, Donghun grabbed the nearest stool to sit in front of him, making sure he didn't fall over or anything.

"How much did you even-" A very honest sigh. "Do you know your address? Let me take you home, you need to get some rest."

@◈ lee donghun⁻ᵐᵃⁿᵃᵍᵉʳ The melancholic tune that Seonghwa was hiccupping out stopped abruptly when the door to his dark studio room open. Panic swallowed the lyrics out of his throat and his vision blurred as he struggled to adjust to the warm light spreading throughout the room. He has one hand braced on the wall, the other loosely holding his bass, while squinting at the stranger that had interrupted his jam session. "Hey, are you okay..?" Seonghwa heard him ask, but he was too busy staring at the round line of his jaw under his tousled hair. Who was he?

He clumsily settled his bass on its stand (it wobbled and fell over when he turned around) and took some cautious steps towards the man. "You're cute," he slurred with a laugh, one finger pointing at the other's face. He clapped him on the shoulder. "Are you here to jam? Is that why they sent you? Or are you here to babysit? Because, contrary to what they say, I don't need a babysitter. Either way, do you want to make out?" A quiet burp rolled off his lips as he leaned in and his head folded onto Donghun's shoulder with a groan. "Ugh, my head hurts."

@♤ park seonghwa ʲᵘⁿᵉ 'Was it to the left or to the right here? Maybe it wasn't even this way, I think I was supposed to get to a long hallway with these weird posters?" Donghun sighed for nth time this night. He was still very much lost inside this building, it didn't matter how many times people showed him around, every corner and every hallway just looked exactly the same to him and sometimes he spent so long searching for something he ended up missing an appointment or arriving extremely late (and extremely sweaty from running around frantically as he noticed just how late he was, and he hated that with his whole heart).

'This is getting ridiculous, maybe I should just try and see if I can find someone.' And with that thought in mind, Donghun went around opening and closing doors, eyes squinting to try and make out anything inside the dark rooms that unfortunately for him held no souls whatsoever, until finally arriving at what he thought were the training rooms. He really didn't want to bother anyone that might be inside as they're definitely busy, but it's not like he has much of a choice at the moment.

Not expecting what he was going to find, Donghun swiftly took hold of yet another door knob, twisting it ever so slowly so as not to make any noise. At first he couldn't really make out much, just as he had with previous repetitions of this tiring search, and he almost almost closed the door, not realising someone was actually in the dark room. What pulled him back was the weird yet extremely beautiful voice coming from somewhere inside said room, and so he excused himself and reached out to one of the light switches on the wall right next to the door, lighting up a really small and cozy light which just barely allowed him to make out what he now realized was a very very drunk June. He hadn't met him yet, but he had basically memorized his features from the countless meetings he'd had, introducing the group he was to be managing for the next few months, at the very least.

"Hey, are you okay..?" He asked cautiously as he approached the bassist, hoping he wasn't interrupting but also somewhat worried for him.

@◈ lee donghun⁻ᵐᵃⁿᵃᵍᵉʳ How was June? He was fine. Absolute, totally and completely fine. This is what he had left Jeju for. This is why he was here. To chase his dreams and escape his nightmares. So, then why was it so hard? Why couldn't he sleep or eat proper meals or stop his brain from thinking? The only thing that stopped his constant anxiety was surrounding himself with people or noise until he could silence out the thoughts of panic on his mind. That night was no different, though, when the majority of the day shift had left, he'd accompanied his work with a stolen bottle of champagne he'd knicked from the luxury office.

It was half empty when he returned to the bass he'd set crookedly by the wall. The four strings blurred to eight before his hazy eyes and the neck escaped his fingers on the first try. On the second, he got it into his hands, the strap nearly strangling him before the instrument settled at his hip. The stereo had been playing the same backtrack for the past three hours, and June's calloused fingers plucked up the tune again. At this hour, his voice had exhausted itself, and he cracks on every other note, dissolving into giggles before the end of the song. Oh god, was this really better than trying to sleep at home?

At least no one here would bother him, he thought naively, continuing to practice from his knees as the room spun in time with the music.
