@Joshua Mint was beyond thankful to have a helping hand with sorting out what to do with her parents. She hadn't even been sure where to start. Although she had never hung out or even run into Joshua outside of the treehouse, she didn't mind at all accepting his offer to help her get things together. It made her a bit more excited at the chance to get to know him better as well. She just hoped that they got along well.

Although she worked at the cafe and with stock and inventory with the books, Mint would still get caught up in the books on her day off. She'd just set down another interesting title after reading over the synopsis on the back cover when her phone vibrated in her pocket. "I'll come find you," she replied to Joshua's message, adding a smiley face before going to find him. It didn't take long, thankfully. "Hi there," Mint quietly greeted with some pep and a soft smile, "Did you want to to get a drink or something while we're here?"

@Mint Joshua had been visiting the treehouse quite often since the day he found it, and within the group of friends it had come to his attention that some of them he still hadn't seen outside of the treehouse. So it was a nice surprise when he found himself in the cafe, anticipating his day planned with Mint. Joshua had agreed to help her plan ,and before then he had a day planned ahead to destress so the planning process will go a lot smoother. Or he hoped anyway.

The male had taken a seat at one of the tables after looking around making sure he didn't miss the girl. Pulling out his phone he sent a text to her:
To:mint.
Hey! I'm at the cafe now!
