Yeonjun turned his head and looked out the window, watching the snow flurries dance down from the sky. He loved the wintertime, everything was just so beautiful, “isn’t it gorgeous?”

@choi yeonjun∘ He rolled his eyes a little playfully with a soft chuckle, glancing at the man before taking a bite out of his sandwich with a long satisfied hum, “it really is good- wow. I’m starving.” he spoke and chewed slowly, occasionally glancing out the window beside them, “it’s snowing~”

@kim bobae∘ Yeonjun smiled and sat back, looking down at his sandwich, "This looks yummy. I'm pretty excited to try it." He picked it up and took a bite, nodding his head a few times. He hummed at the good tasting food, swallowing it before he began to speak, "This is really really good."

@choi yeonjun∘ Bobae was lost for words as he stared at the man in disbelief, he never expected so much flirtation, “I.. me?” He choked a little on his coffee and glanced away from the eye contact to keep himself from becoming too red, “I suppose I agree.”

@kim bobae∘ "I think I've got enough romance sitting right in front of me." Yeonjun responded honestly, tipping his head to the side, "Wouldn't you agree?" He asked, offering Bobae a teasing smile. He liked flustering the other, and he didn't really know why- masochism? Probably.

@choi yeonjun∘ “if you ever need a substitute, you can call me.” bobae grinned before thanking the waitress and silently sipping his coffee, sighing in content at the smell and warmth, “that’s silly. but at least they’re trying to make you happy, right? you need some excitement in your life. some romance.”

@kim bobae∘ "Oh God no." Yeonjun laughed, shaking his head, "No, my students think I'm a single weirdo who keep trying to set me up with their single parents, not realizing their parents are much much older than me." He thanked the waitress as she set their things down, and he first took a sip of his coffee with a delighted hum.

@choi yeonjun∘ Noticing that the other saw his cheeks, he glanced away and cleared his throat briefly, “you told me.. you must be very smart. and I’m sure your students crush on you.” He laughed a little, smiling at the waitress when she brings our order.

@kim bobae∘ "That sounds like an awful lot of fun." Yeonjun nodded his head, "I don't remember if I mentioned it, but I'm a high school teacher. That is... such a fascinating profession, I can say." He laughed softly, staring at the pink flush coming to Bobae's cheeks.

@choi yeonjun∘ Bobae stared at their connected hands, his lips parted once he swallowed thickly, humming in thought, “I enjoy making bouquets for my customers.. and decorating the shop.” he nodded, the tips of his ears turning red along with his cheeks

@kim bobae∘ “It certainly sounds exciting.” Yeonjun smiled, his thumb caressing the back of Bobae’s hand gently, “do you have a favorite thing to do? Like do you like making arrangements or-?”

@choi yeonjun∘ Bobae was confused about what happened but was too embarrassed from the hand holding to question it. He could feel his palms sweating but he didn’t want to let go, “my flower shop? it’s nothing exciting.. but I love it. it’s full of all kinds of flowers and it always smells so nice in there..”

@kim bobae∘ Yeonjun had a smug smirk on his face as the waitress walked away after she took their order. He turned back to Bobae, leaning his chin on his unoccupied hand, “so tell me about your flower shop.”

@choi yeonjun∘ bobae was distracted by the Christmas decorations before blushing as his hand was taken, holding yeonjun’s hand and lacing their fingers shyly before glancing up at the waitress, flashing a smile.

@kim bobae∘ Yeonjun raised his hand, getting the waitress’ attention. He ordered for the both of them, one hand reaching out across the table to take ahold of Bobae’s when he realized the waitress was ogling his date.

@choi yeonjun∘ “Oh I see it now, that looks so good you’re right.” Bobae gasped a little before staring at the photo on the menu, “definitely, we should get that with the lattes.” He clapped his hands a little together before taking his pen and sliding it back into his pocket while reading the napkin, “I planned to get a croissant but now I changed my mind- I’ll get the sandwich you mentioned.”

@kim bobae∘ “Looks like some kind of chicken panini with mozzarella and balsamic- looks yummy!” Yeonjun nodded his head, pointing it out on the menu. He clicked the pen closed and handed it back to Bobae along with the napkin, “what about you, what are you thinking?”

@choi yeonjun∘ “which one- there’s quite a few.” he pursed his lips a little before nodding quickly, “I love the chai lattes. they even sometimes add cinnamon and sprinkles for the holiday spirit.” he grinned excitedly at the thought, “yeah, they work so hard here.”

@kim bobae∘ “I saw a sandwich on their that looked really yummy- and I love their chai lattes here. It feels like the baristas just put a little extra love into it, you know what I mean?” Yeonjun gave a smile, writing down the list of games that he and taehyung liked to play together

@choi yeonjun∘ Bobae smiled a little to hide his own reddened cheeks before sliding the pen and napkin to the other, “thank you. and we should probably figure out what we’re gonna eat and drink.” he cleared his throat a little, chewing on his lip as he flipped through the menu

@kim bobae∘ Yeonjun’s cheeks turned bright red as he realized his inner thoughts had jumped out, but he was glad he didn’t make the other uncomfortable, “here… let me write them down for you.”

@choi yeonjun∘ Bobae’s expression lit up with interest as he listened to the list of games, most that he hasn’t heard of before, “those sound so fun! I’ll definitely watch some gameplay and try to get into them myself.” He grinned before pulling out a pen and writing down the list of games on a napkin that yeonjun had named. “what-“ he blinked in surprise and looked back up at the other, a tint of pink on his cheeks, “I.. thank you. you’re very handsome as well.”

@kim bobae∘ “It started out with World of Warcraft, then we moved over to League of Legends, then CoD, and a bunch of other games. We like to mix it up. Right now it’s Apex Legends.” Yeonjun answered. He glanced up at Bobae and felt his breath get taken right from his chest. Without even thinking, he blurted out, “you’re really handsome.”

@choi yeonjun∘ “that’s cool~ what games did you both play?” he hummed curiously, “I game a lot in my free time as well. i could use some recommendations.” he grinned, propping his chin up on his palm as he gazed at the other.

@kim bobae∘ “We were gaming buddies for a long time. I actually grew up in America, I only moved here to teach. It was awesome to be able to actually meet and spend time with him after being friends for so long.” He answered, opening up one of the menus and looking over it quietly.

@choi yeonjun∘ “How did you two meet? did you both go to school together or..?” bobae had so many questions but he held them back, knowing it was just his excitement, “it’s nice to know he always had some help.” he smiled with a little nod, following him to a table before sitting down

@kim bobae∘ “Pretty much since Taehyung opened it, actually. He’s always been my friend and I needed something to do in my off time and I knew he needed the help.” Yeonjun stepped inside, going to find a quiet table in the corner.

@choi yeonjun∘ “yeah, I’m getting hungry too.” bobae nodding, swinging their hands a little as he followed him down the street to the cafe, humming in thought, “a month I think? how about you?” he asked curiously, glancing at yeonjun before opening the cafe door for the other to go in first

@kim bobae∘ “I’d like that. I’m pretty hungry, all that working gave me quite the appetite.” Yeonjun patted his belly and gave a soft laugh before heading out to start the walk to the cafe, “so how long have you been volunteering at the shelter?”

@yoo kihyun∘ the taller male took his seat before sighing out in relief to finally be able to sit down, his stomach was rumbling from how hungry he was “yeah, hopefully. it’s quite chilly out there.” he chuckled softly, rubbing his hands together in attempt to speed up the warming process, “how’ve you been? it’s been a while since we’ve been on a date.” He teased with a soft laugh as he picked up the menu to scan over the drinks and the pastries, “that sounds amazing.”
