@park chaewon the young man is not really surprised to have the door opening so quickly after a minute or so of his knocking—chaewon is one of those people who actually seem to enjoy waking up in the morning. changbin greatly admires her for that because if not for capitalism? his day would definitely be starting after lunch.

"hey!" he greets, probably too loudly at 8am on a Saturday. onyx, the adorable kitty that she is, mewls in response to chaewon's words.

the smell of freshly baked bread wasn't something that went amiss his senses, but after being friends with chaewon for so long? changbin just chalked it as her natural scent at this point. after all, the smell follows her everywhere she goes—

the other barely finished her words before changbin came sauntering in as if it was his own place—gently placing onyx down on the floor.

"answer me honestly—for the years we've known each other. when have i ever said no to Free food? especially from you?" he snickers, taking off his jacket and neatly placing it on the rack by the door.

"I'll help though if you still need any in the kitchen? if no—worry not. your friend here is a Very experienced dish washer. your free food shall be a good investment." he nodded seriously, lips soon stretching into a wide grin.

@seo changbin always a morning person, chaewon was already up and about around her apartment, preparing a healthy breakfast while she pondered over new menu items she wanted to pass by the rest of her staff later that week. she was off that day, which was a rare feat for her considering she always seemed to spend every waking hour at her bakery. it was hard to step away, but she trusted her employees to run it well in her absence.

the knocking and borderline whiney calling from her friend was not missed by the young woman, her lips stretching in an amused grin. she quickly finished up with her tomato and spinach omelet, plating it and moving it to the table before finally answering her door. she knew her friend would continue to knock and possibly disturb her neighbors if she didn't hurry.

"changbin, lovely seeing you this morning. to what do I owe this visit?" she laughed as she opened her door, cooing at onyx for a moment as she always did whenever the feline was in her presence. "come in, come in. I just finished breakfast. would you like an omelet as well?"

@park chaewon changbin rarely gets an actual day off—twenty four hours of having nothing to do! not even chores. which is a very rare once in a blue moon kind of thing. so of course, it should be time spent doing something fun.

and well, fun in his books would be annoying his friends with his absolutely lovable (debatable) presence.

unfortunately for chaewon, she's the chosen victim for today.

"chae—" changbin calls out, knuckles rapping not so gently at the apartment 2A's door while having his pet cat—onyx, in his arm. "park chaewonnnnn. come on wake uppppp." a perk for having a room to one's self is that there's no need to worry about accidentally waking up anyone else.

but at this moment, it's not exactly a very positive perk for chaewon. oops.
