Hey everyone. Sorry for the lack of a fancy layout, but we're just letting you know about a couple of new rules here. We've never had a clear policy about inactive characters, except for the 48 hour rule. So from now on, if a character is inactive, anyone can apply for them. The only execption to this rule is the character is on hiatus, then no one can stake a claim on them.
In addition, we're going to allow people to have more than three characters. However, they're going to cost points. For each fourth character and beyond, they'll cost 500 points.
