“We are currently outside of the Cardinal Hotel, where Mayor Ziminiar is reportedly hosting his first ever Halloween costume party. We’ve seen masquerade balls in the past, but a costume party is new for the mayor. A source claims the Mayor arranged this party in order to boost spirits that have been low since the attacks in the summer. The party is on track and an inside source claims that familiar names are on the guest list, with Captain Eden of course receiving an invitation, businessman Wang Yeol invited once again, and new names like Nathaniel Aidoneus and Zale Cirillo. We’re excited to see all of the costumes and pairs that arrive together, after the Mayor’s last hosted gathering where a young man brought an alligator, Klahan and dearly departed Reina Thor arrived together, and librarian Bai Haolan was accompanied by unknown eye candy...”

- ZIMINIAR'S COSTUME PARTY is a Halloween-themed costume party event! The party is hosted by Ziminiar on October 31, 2051. All characters in organizations are invited. All citizens could either be invited by Ziminiar for one reason or another, working the event, sneak in, be brought as a date, whatever floats your boat. I can't wait to see the characters there!
