A very happy first day to Par Avion and the passengers who are keen to hop on their first flight to paradise!

I think we've had a relatively successful first day if i do say so myself but as it comes to a close for me, posting this at 8:07pm, I thought I would explain what the next couple of days of Par Avion will be about.

It's nothing new however I have made one important change from the reserve blog which will be noted in this announcement.

Whilst the freeverse threads and non au rooms(tab 4.1) will remain closed until May 1st, you are all welcome to begin plotting with each other. I'm hoping you'll take the next 4-ish days as a chance(as mentioned before) to set up your profiles, get some ideas written down and be active in the ic hub. I've chosen to do this soft launch because in the past, whether it's adminning or simply participating in a freeverse, I've always felt the time crunch to get my creative juices flowing and have a bajillion threads within two days of opening.

I'm sure that I'm not the only who has felt this way before or, if you haven't, I'm hoping that you'll feel pretty loosey goosey with getting things set up. Take your time, there's no rush, only participate in what you want to participate in; this place is for your leisure.
