Chatbot has sent you this message to announce to our student body the latest updates on our spring event. this message is important information and guidelines of this event and may not be skipped. read thoroughly and ask questions in a reply to this email if needed!
As the date of our very special spring event arrives, we would just like to let our student body know what to expect so we can all move on one accord with little fuss. To reiterate, our students will be on a week-long spring break getaway at the Nowhere Resort which is located on an island (don't ask which, just assume you're on an island tyyy). During this time at the resort, there will be several different events to look forward to throughout the week. Chatbot has listed the event timeline below.

(05/13) Beach Game Night
(05/14) Poolside Brunch free mingle
(05/15) Pool Day free mingle/Game Night?
(05/16 - 05/17) movie day/night free mingle
(05/18 - 5/19) lantern release party to end event free mingle
**note: this is a loose schedule due to the fact that real time threads are relative and all events will be open for free roam just in case. threads will also overlap with the start of each event and that is okay. you might have an ongoing thread at the ball while also being at the beach, if you choose to create lengthier threads.
Lastly but not least, we would like to announce that our host for this season's event is Sebastian Moy. Here's a few things to know about your host:
Sebastian is a third year student with a major in Fine Arts and 3D Graphics applied to Animation. Sebastian was born in Valdosta Georgia and he works as a freelance film and video editor. He's the school's happy pill based on chatbot's data and can always be found bringing the vibes up in any scenario. His welcoming spirit and bright personality make him the perfect host to have a great and eventful week!
We hope to see everyone having a great time starting with check-in, tomorrow!

Greetings students of Nowhere University!
Students should note that during the duration of this event, the campus and off campus rooms should not be in use, as we will not be at this location until the end of next week. Chatbot will not be closing these rooms for the purpose of not postponing current threads but new threads are prohibited until 05/19. If you have an existing thread, feel free to continue or postpone them however you see fit. ask questions in a reply to this email if needed!
