Happy February, everyone!
This is your admin team, and we're here to announce that the Valentine's Day event is now live.
This year on Valentine's Day, for all those lovely paramours out there, Howling will host a dance! Participation is not mandatory, and you're welcome to go alone if you so desire. But if you'd like to invite a special someone to meet you in the ballroom, there are three little birdies happy to assist! Please check out the Valentine’s Day Event Page here for further instructions.
The event itself starts on Feb 14th and runs through Feb 21st, and invites can be sent out through the end of the event. But try to be quick about it – love waits for no man, and your paramour may have already accepted another’s invitation!
In addition, the shop will be reopening and offering a variety of products for purchase, including but not limited to suppressants and birth control for individuals on or nearing their reproductive cycles. New items will be added in the coming days, and if you have suggestions, please contact a member of the admin team.
Finally, after much discussion, the admin team has chosen to turn off points in the OOC room. It was determined that the points in OOC were being abused to maintain the appearance of activity on characters that otherwise would have gone inactive. While we encourage OOC chatting, and cherish the sense of community we've built in this roleplay, a RP cannot thrive without in-character activity.
