All peeps have to participate including admins, but except peeps whom are in hiatus and new ones. (but if you already participated in this clean out, there is no need to repeat.)
So the clean out is going to simply have a room and you will have to comment "I wanna stay" you have 3 weeks to do so. THIS CLEAN OUT ENDS ON 26 OF APRIL.
