↳ ᴛʜᴇ ʟᴏsᴛ ᴘʀɪɴᴄᴇss ✕ ᴛᴇᴀsᴇʀ ᴏɴᴇ

the candlestick behind her fell to the ground with a loud clang as she stumbled backwards with a hand over to keep herself from making even a tiny pip, fear overwhelming her senses. she blinked, trying her best to stop herself from panicking but tears were welling up her eyes, her head spinning as she tried to process what she'd just seen and heard. 

"i can't stay here.." she whispered under her breath. there and then, she made her decision. she chose her life over power, she'd picked living to see another day than to live in the comforts of the castle where she risked drawing her last breath at every second that ticked by.

without another thought, she turned and fled from the castle, clutching only to one item - her necklace from which the blue pendant of her symbol hung. 

 

"the princess is gone!" 

frantic yells and urgent whispers could be heard across the castle as room after room lit up, the servants scurrying from room to room to look for the missing girl. her bedroom was no different - her bedsheets were overturned, her divider shoved against the wall as her handmaidens ransacked her room in a panic and yet, the princess remained unfound. 

the young cancerian princess was gone. she'd simply disappeared into the darkness of the night. 

rumor has it that she now lives among the common folk, hiding away in fear of being found by her siblings. now, in her place, remains nothing but the memories of the girl who was once there.
