As an admin you should respect the roleplayers who join your rp if you expect respect back.

You should follow your own rules if you want others to follow your rules as well.

If you have expectations or rules for a roleplay please make it public in the rules so we don't have to guess and then suddenly get yelled at for not following your expectations. Like how are we supposed to know if you didn't tell us??

Don't use all your characters to bully one who didn't even do anything.

And. Be fair and understanding. Like we have lives outside of rpr.

Thats how one leaves an rp real quick.

Apparently being active despite not knowing the expectations isn't enough for everyone.

This is why I dont join rps any more. I wish I hadn't even bothered.

admins will always think that they're in the right because they have the power to do whatever they please. it gets to people's head and sends them on a power trip.

I definitely understand that :/ like I've said before, there was a main admin who pretty much destroyed my character. All sorts of triggering things without ever asking consent, turned them into something I was not okay with. And it's awful because who can you bring those issues to when the admin is the problem ._.

This is the reason I always fall out of rpr and rps in general actually... Admins NEVER follow their own rules and it bothers me to the max since as someone who rarely admins and sticks to being a normal rper I work hard to not get on an admin's bad side. When I say this, I mean it as I always follow the rules and for once in my life I actually had a group of admins come after me for I don't even know what for... if I work my off to follow the rules and stress the out over these rules to only get yelled at for something that is not even remotely close on the rules and guideline list... it's frustrating and the rp world is going downhill because of admins that are s.

Preach. I’m co-adminning for an rp that’s currently going through a revamp and we’re having these discussions in our private discord. It’s incredibly unfair for an admin or team of admins to have all these rules and expectations and then not adhere to said rules themselves. This is why we’re making sure we set limitations and that we also adhere to them right off the bat.
