Honestly, I’ve been feeling down a lot recently too, I would take a day, where you can make sure not much or nothing needs to be taken care of and then do a lot of self care. A relaxing bath(if you can,) if not a nice shower, when I want to feel better I tend to make my showers a little colder than normal not freezing but cold enough where I can touch the water(it gives you more energy that way) and then do face masks and just take a moment to clear your mind in your own way, i.e writing your thoughts down, meditating etc, and then make a small goal you’d like to accomplish in a small period of time and then try to complete it and it tends to help a lot.
I know it’s a lot but i generally have to do it once a week or every other week so I can keep myself from not feeling down.
I'm currently feeling very down so I'm trying to distract my mind as much as I can. Watch shows, rp cute stuff, play games. Anything that doesn't make me focus on real life
