Cosplay

So I ordered an Asuna cosplay online and double checked with the seller that I could get it by my con time.  Before buying I had said "I need it by april" then I realized that the con is actually in March.  Thus, still before buying, I informed the seller "I need this cosplay by march, not april, will it be made in time?".  They said yes and said I should get it in about February. And so I ordered my cosplay....in December.  In January, I messaged the seller asking how my cosplay was coming along.  They said "The factory is finished by there is spring holiday so we will send it on February 16th". So I was like...ok what ing holiday takes a whole month??? but whatever not my buisiness.  Then Feb. 16th comes around. Lead be, this seller is from china, so they are a day ahead.  Thus, I would expect it to have been shipped or in the carrier.  I checked on the 16th and its still not shipped. So i thought "Agh ill give a couple of days". Then I checked today, the 19th for me, the 20th for my seller. Still, nothing. So I contacted them. 

Their response was ridiculous. "I shall check the factory, but we informed you that we're on holiday.  Didn't you say that you needed it by april?"

You SAID it would be sent out by the 16th. And NO I made sure to inform you I need it by march. like iwedhbjsa Im going to be ing pissed if either its a scam, or the con goes by without my cosplay coming in. Like I'm not in the ing mood for any of this thanks.
