Weird things I have done for the sake of writing lately
1: I walked ALL the way from my subway station to the other subway station just to find out how long it takes (43 minutes)
2: found the tiniest, creepiest alley in Beijing (and got lost) just to get a feel for the night here
3: downloaded three different maps of the city
4: went geocaching just to find hidden spots (and got asked by a policeman what the hell I'm doing)
5: spent an entire day in the subway (6 hours and 12 bucks later) so I know what it feels like to be a mouse in a labyrinth
6: went out with my Korean friend, no phone no nothing and pretended I can't speak Chinese to test what it feels like to be stranded with no help
7: didn't sleep for two days because I was too focused on building the world, while watching zombie movies and googling gross things
That being said, I think I might be ready to launch the prologue now
