born in namyangju-ssi, gyeonggi-do, south korea on 1996 is a a boy named kwon soonyoung. kwon means power, soon means innocent and young means glorious. as a young child, he have always love music and enjoy listening to them. he came from an average family that contains his parents, a younger brother and a younger sister. as he grew up, he realized that his dream is to be an big idol star, he also took interest in dancing. his interest on idol developed more after he starting to taken like of a group named shinee and he really love them to the point he decided to talked to his parents about it and decided to move to seoul. while being on seoul, his life is very hard. he joined dance team and do street performanc, he also work couple of part times to earn money until one day the ceo of blue moon ent, lee taeyong which is an idol known by people decided to cast him into his company. ever since that he have trained under the company for 4 years and debuted under a name hoshi. hoshi means star in japanese as it suit his dream, being a star known by everyone.

personality

hoshi's personality really suit his face and name. he is your typical boy next door you can meet. he can be outgoing and pretty shy with strangers at first but once you know him, he won't act the same like you first met him. he is a bubbly and sweet boy. he often being call adorable and soft because of his personality off the stage. he can act savage and also can be pretty emotional when the time hits but all the time he is cute and sweet. on the stage, his personality change. he turned into professional idol. even if he did, he always take care of the staffs and of course his fans. he obseesed with shinee to the point they recognized him. the fans always buy shinee merchandise and gave them to him and of course he is always thankful for that. his favourite colours are black, white and pink. shocking right? he loves pink because he thought its pretty and adorable. he have couple of nicknames and some are from his fans and friends. it's hochee,hamzzi and more. he also have black taekwondo belt and was a champion when he was young. he loves sweet stuffs and his favourite are ice cream and chocolate. his favourite fruit is strawberries. he have them stocked in his fridge every week and he enjoy eating them with chocolate. he also have a good fashion sense. hoshi is a multi talented idol. he produces his songs time to time, choreographs the dance move and also do some modelling.
