Lan irene - the pack leader's only child. she was born when the winter was the coldest. born with the silver spoon in , she had never been denied anything, yet, due to her roots being in gusu lan, she never grew up to be a spoiled brat. ever since she was a child, the lan leader was named "the ice queen", due to her demure, quiet and cold nature. she had no friends, her whole life being surrounded by studies. the heiress never had a proper childhood, she was expected to behave like a true lan leader - calm, mature and smart in every subject. when she reached the right age, she was sent to the fenrir academy. 
as drawing was one of the rare hobbies she had, the alpha was one of the few people getting a scholarship in architecture department in the fenrir academy. her school years consisted of countless duties as a second in command and proects. she always stood by her parents' side, quiet and indiferent. 
the alpha had inherited the leader's position when her alpha parent had decided to step down. it was right after her graduation. with the help of the family's money. she opened her own small architecture company.
after retiring, her parents' moved to the country side of gusu lan pack, letting their only daughter rule over the icy land.

irene has a rare genetic mutation, more common in humans than wolves. SCN9A gene mutation also known as con insensitivity to pain. she cannot feel any pain - whenever it is caused by temperature, injuries or illness. in rare cases, like irene's, she cannot feel general emotions as well - happiness, anger, pain etc.
TW. DUE TO THIS GENETIC DISORDER, SHE HAD DEVELOPED A SELF-HARM EPISODES, TRYING TO AT LEAST FEEL SOMETHING. IT CAUSED HER TO ALWAYS TRY AND GET INTO THE TROUBLE TO GET INJURED AND SEE WHENEVER SHE COULD BRING HERSELF TO FEEL.
