● for wolves. during an alpha’s rut, the oris extends into a and can deposit , which can impregnate their partner. only alpha x omega and alpha x beta couples can reproduce naturally. all other couples require artificial insemination to reproduce.

 

● for humans, due to the evolution that killed off men, humans require artificial insemination to reproduce, since they no longer have the natural means ( and a tool to deposit it).

 

the length of pregnancy is 9 months in ic (9 weeks ooc). after giving birth, couples may only have their next child 2 months later in ic (8 weeks later ooc).

 

the mother may give birth via natural birth or cesarean section.

natural birth: the mother rests in the hospital of your choice for 1 week ic (1 day ooc) after giving birth to ensure the health of the parent.

cesarean section: the mother rests in the hospital of your choice for 3 weeks ic (3 days ooc) after giving birth to ensure the health of the parent.

 

● anatomy and pathophysiology:

the oris of a female alpha expands into a during their rut. the testes are internal, and can only be deposited during this time. after an alpha’s rut is over their will retract and they are no longer capable of impregnation.
