BEFORE DSF, Seohyun had trained under a company of the name MS Entertainment.  After training for over six years, she eventually debuted in a nine member girl group of the name 'Girls Forever'. They became a hit sensation in the early 2000s. 
But as the girls aged, and the music styles changed along with it. While the girls remained close, and still were friends to this day, they all chose different creative paths. Seohyun left herself, working alongside her old group member, Tiffany, to train and lead idols and trainees like themselves to a prosperous future. 
While managing the soloists under DSF, she also promotes a solo career of herself. 
MUSIC WITH DSF
Seohyun debuted as a solo artist on may 2 2021, with a single album called 'Say Yes'. She followed that up with a mini-album comeback in march 2022 called 'Promises'. She now plans to comeback with a new single album in the near future. 
 
SOLOIST MANAGER
While maintaining the finances and running her music career, Seohyun also manages to the solo artists under DSF with Kim Chaewon and OHM being her primary charges to date.      
HER LOVE LIFE has left much to be desired. Her life as a trainee, and then as an idol, left little time for her to explore the life of personal relationships. While she's had some non-serious boyfriends, she has always fluttered in doubt about her uality, until a passionate affair with a female idol (she'd been in a promoting group at the end of her group career), changed that all for her. 
While Seohyun will never close the door to each gender, she can confidently say that women make her far more comfortable.
