chapter one
[short background while I organize the profile] Donghun had always dreamt of becoming a well known singer. From participating in school shows, to eventually even playing/singing in a band for a couple years, everything in his life was somehow related to music. That was only until his band split up right as he was struggling to make a living for himself, living away from his parents in a foreign country and basically supporting himself by getting a few odd jobs here and there. He had no time, really, to stand around and see where time would take him. Things were getting tight, and it's not like any of his studies (music-related) would help him get a job outside the field, which was pretty competitive and hard to get into.

Being forced to move back to Korea, a couple years went by as he tried to get into the (even more competitive) Korean music field, working as many part-time jobs as he could to sustain himself. It was after countless tries, switching companies every now and then, that he eventually gave up on trying to find someone who would have the trust in him to help him release his own music, turning to something he'd never even considered doing, as per a recommendation from one of his teachers. Now, he's taking the first step towards this new path, this path which he basically knows nothing about but which allows him to be somewhat close to his dream job- or rather, to those who are working his dream job. Secretly, he hasn't fully given up on it, taking a few lessons here and there and practicing every day as he drives back home or whenever he finds himself alone in one of the practice rooms, but realistically... he's aware it's too late for him, and he should just focus on doing the best he can for the younger artists.

I'm not necessarily new to roleplaying but I'm not very experiencied yet (if that makes sense ^^'). I might not understand all the jargon right away, but feel free to reach out if you're interested in plotting with this character :3
‣ writing style
I can pretty much adjust to my partner's writting, although I tend to prefer third pov and/or detailed first.
‣ plotting
I prefer plotting over winging, but if our characters are already familiar with one another, I wouldn't mind it, ocasionally.
‣ reply speed
I'm currently studying (and working), but once I get excited about something I tend to hyperfixate on it, so if the flow of the conversation is good there's a very big chance I'll reply in under 24 hours. Otherwise, I'll do my best to keep it to 2-3 days :)
Feel free to poke if I haven't replied within that time frame and didn't give you a reason previously, as I could've easily just forgotten to do so.
